Initially went to this location to get a hitch setup for my truck. Younger redhead girl whom boasted she had been working there for three years. She knew almost nothing regarding hitches and when asked to speak with someone who could help insisted she was most knowledgeable at store. Asked about online ordering and she said she knew nothing of the sort and let me walk out even after I said I was looking to spend upwards of 500 dollars plus somewhere else. Very very rude, spent over 600 on Amazon which wasn't intent as I generally support local at all costsDANIEL V.
Everything was fantastic with one exception, getting a hold of someone on the phone is ridiculous. When I called at 8 am I was on hold for half an hour and gave up. Another time I called a different location it was the same thing. Hold times are waaay too long. They should hire someone for service/calls. I almost didn't choose uhual because I didn't think I was ever going to get a hold of anyone.KIMBERLY M.
It was a overall great experience and very quick to get the vehicle i needed. The van I rented was big but so smooth and easy to drive. Also I needed to extend my rental for a couple more days and was not a problem. Great customer service which is tuff to get now days. Thanks uhaul for making my move a lot easier!TERESA L.

I had reserved a u haul for 3/27/2021 for between 11:30 and noon, I told them twice I would be there at that time when I got there they didn't have a truck for me and said we could have one at 4. I needed the truck at the time I said because my daughter had to move from her duplex!! They said we never reserved a truck at that time! I argued with them but they kept insisting I never called!! Me and my family and friends will never ever use them again!!!! There service sucks!!!DAN K.

Waited at the customer service desk for approx 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help us. We had an appointment scheduled for pickup and were on time. Not the first time this has happened before at this location.Michael P.
The truck was filthy and not all the dents and scratches were not documented. The mobile check in is a hassle. I had to wander around three parking lots to find the truck and then still had to go inside to get the key. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby the guy at the counter helped some woman who had just walked in first. She couldn't get her truck out because mine was blocking it in so I didn't do any good to help her first. If I had another option I would have used it.Nathan A.
