My truck was not ready to pick up at 9 pm. Super mad no one even offered me a discount of any kind. When i finally picked up the truck the following day at 10 am she was very unapologetic. I will never return unless i get a call back from a manager and u-haul pays for my truck rental trip.

When I went y to return the truck, there was only 2 people working. I had to wait 15 minutes for assistance. It's not the people's fault as they were busy. But there should have been more employees at 5pm. Just my opinion.

I called in the evening about 6:30p.m. to ask about the two entries that were taken out of my bank account. The person who answered the phone was Adriana. She said just a moment, I'll put you thru to customer service. 13 minutes went by; I went on another line and called again. The man who answered helped me. I told him what happened. He apologized. Adriana did not want to help me so she put me on to a recording. I know you have folks working remotely to answer questions. This Adriana does not represent customer service at all. She either just wanted to get her quota for the day without helping at all or she wanted to get off work. The recording she sent me to would still be repeating itself had I not finally hung up.

We made our reservation well in advance and set up movers to help load at one site and unload in another city. Our pick up time was for 7 am and was reconfirmed the night before when u haul asked us to return the truck to a different location. As my wife is night blind we could not change the location. Coincidentally, when we arrived at 7 am sharp, we were informed we had been bumped. Our two choices : Drive to a town far away to get a truck or wait until 10 am. Our reservation was made well in advance; confirmed the night before; No attempt was made to contact us about being "bumped"; and our movers could not be cancelled. All at our expense. Even talking to a manager on the phone, no one was able or willing to address our concerns. Never felt more helpless in our lives. Fortunately, we were offered a short change of time to accommodate u haul's unprofessional service. We had to double time our efforts and not all was able to be moved because of it. U haul to this day has done nothing to compensate by words, actions or monetary value.

STOP with the constant checks with corporate. Unbelievably irritating delays while you debated each request. WAY too much time on the phone going round and round with people who appeared not to have a clue

Provide what is reserved. Staff did not seem to care. Ordered 15', had to take 20'. Ended up having to pay extra money for ferry due to the size. Had to go back and get reserved equipment that was not provided.

Doing the online registration is a benefit but it would have been better if there was a separate key pickup other than standing inline with those that are waiting to register. I stood in line for a complete Hour which would have effected my 4 hour rental if I didn’t have the attendants take note.

I had a lot of issues with the truck and gas mileage as it appears that there was something wrong with truck. I would like to speak with someone in customer service about this as this issue caused me to pay more than 200.00 dollars in fuel cost that I should had to pay. Do the job and check the fuel tank and record it. When I got it it was empty and in their system said 7/8 full. I used to work at the exactly same uhaul. And I believe they did poor job.

I rented a Truck to pick up some furniture, it was dusk and getting darker outside at the time, no one 'went over' the truck with me and there is no interior light to turn on to check as to where the controls are located, I had to 'fumble' my way through figuring them out.. after leaving the lot, when I got out of town, I realized I could not see clearly with oncoming traffic and noticed how dirty the windshield was, and once I was in a remote area, it became a safety hazard with oncoming traffic and being able to see where there were no street lights. I had tried using the wipers and there was no fluid to clean the outside windshield. I had a couple of napkins from stopping to grab something to eat in town, and tried using them to clean the inside, and all it did was smudge the grime on the inside of the windshield even further, to where I was very uncomfortable driving the truck further, but had no choice. this definitely posed a safety hazard. Also, my husband had rented a larger truck a few weeks before to help my daughter move, and when he started the truck, the oil light went on, he checked it, and there was no oil, and none on the lot either. he purchased a few quarts to put in as there were no other trucks available. the lot we use to rent trucks does not seem to go over their vehicles to check for these issues, nor keep them clean, inside and out. I will know to check for these things in the future, before we ever take one off the lot again as we are limited to rental trucks in our area.

I use UHaul frequently and have generally been happy with the service. The employees that work at this location should not be working here. I had to help them three out of the five times I have rented from this location in the last two years. This last time will be my last, while in the middle of the stress of moving a whole household in town, with very little time because of work , school, and having to work Saturdays, the trailers brakes locked up on me. There is very little grade to my driveway, they should not have locked up. It was pouring down rain and I spent hours out in it trying to find a way to bypass the system while my fiance sat on the phone with a uhaul representative trying to get answers and who, of cours, had none. There is no bypass. I spent more precious time carrying,in the pouring down rain, my load from as close as I could get to my home. I took it back and exchanged it for the largest trailer with no brake system. The guy who worked there let me have the trailer for the same amount of time for free because of the problems. That was good, except he made no note of it or wasn't supposed to do that, I don't know, but I was charged for all the Days that I used the 1st and the 2nd Trailer even though I was told I wasn't going to be. To make matters worse I had to do twice as many trips with a smaller Trailer. When I went to return the trailer the guy that had rented the 2nd turn are to me was not there he was out sick. The young lady that was at the desk would not honor the deal he gave me Call mine and gave me a blank stare when I tried to explain the situation. It was a horrible experience and for the money I paid for that 1 messed up trailer I could have rented their biggest u-haul truck and finished in two days. I didn't have the money to spend for that though, I had just bought a new home.
