I was over charged and not refunded the fee I paid for the dolly rental. The rep did not give me the dolly and I had issues when trying to return the truck without the dolly I never received.

This location did not have confirmation or access to this being my drop off. It is a very busy gas station, mini mart and the girl working there claimed not to be trained on Uhaul. I spent 45 minutes on my cell with UHaul corporate trying to get it straightened out. Luckily your corporate phone representative was excellent. All I got from the drop off person was sorry I'm too busy not trained can't help. If UHaul authorizes a retail gas station quick mart to rent or drop off at least make sure the personnel can do the job!!

Limited personnel at the location, hard for cashier to resolve my issues and keep up with influx of counter customers. She was patient and kept working between my issues and the constant flow of customers. Definitely a great employee!

Only one clerk in a very busy convenience store location. Clerk worked hard, but computer equipment was very, very slow and many customers purchasing gasoline and sundries distracted clerk from servicing U-Haul customers.

I called and said I would be a couple hours late. Was told not to worry about it, then upon return was charged an additional day.

Even though it was just a few minutes after their closing hour and someone was still there, the place was very dark, cluttered and just a bit scary. The box was not in a well lit area and I had to be careful where I walked due to hoses and other debris on the ground going to it. Only reason I would still use this place is due to its location next to the interstate.

Check your equipment when it is returned. Make sure it is road worthy. Had to drive 20 miles to another UHaul rental. Put me back on my schedule. Poor service. I have rented from Uhaul at least 5-6 times over the past 1 1/2 years. This will be the last if I can help it. I should have been given some incentive or discount for the unnecessary inconvenience they caused. I will start saving to purchase my own covered trailer after this.

Employee at Swifti Marathon did not know how to do the required paperwork, etc for uhaul. This was after I waited 5 mins for her to get off the phone and acknowledge my presence. I made a comment about "if they are going to provide a service, then they should have staffing that knows how to do it." She said she was calling the manager. I overheard her telling the person on the phone that I was being rude and told her that she shouldn't work there if she doesn't know what she's doing. I then interjected saying that is not what I was saying and repeated what I said. The lady then hung up the phone and said the manager is not coming and that she was going to call the police. As I was dialing uhaul I told her to go ahead and please call them. Uhaul representative was appalled at this behavior and told me she would try to call the manager of that area. She came back on the line and proceeded to tell me that she would try to remote log in and asked me if the girl knew where the keys to the uhaul were. She responded with "yes, but I'm not going to give them to you because I don't know how to do the uhaul rentals" I relayed that to the lady on the phone. Next the girl at the store is on the phone telling someone that I told her she had to give me the keys....uhaul person was placed on speaker phone and explained some things to the lady and also gave her the area manager's name (Jerry). He answered the phone and walked the lady through it. Before she finished the process some lady comes barging through the door and threw some things on the counter ranting and raving with arms thrown up in an aggressive manner "no one is gonna talk to my daughter like that. I had to drive all the way from carrollton because she was in danger. I will be going to jail tonight" I looked at her and offered to call them for her. She proceeds to walk behind the counter finger flying in my face and threatening me. I assumed she was the manager especially since she was behind the counter. I asked her and she said "no, but that is my daughter and I don't appreciate you disrespecting her". Then an Indian lady (I found out was the manager/owner) appeared behind the counter and told the young lady to stop working on the uhaul rental because customers of the store are priority not uhaul customers (I have been there well over 45 mins at this time). Then as the manager is finally ready for me to sign the paperwork, she pulls out the one for me to sign agreeing to the mileage, gas and condition of the uhaul without doing a walk around. I said "no, I think we are suppose to do a walk around". She said "I'm not going out there, we do that when it's dropped off". I said "yes ma'am and you're suppose to do it before I sign that" she says "if you want to go look at it, go ahead but you will not get your receipt" Awful, awful, awful experience!!!!!!!!! Customer service was absolutely dreadful and are you really going to allow some woman to come in your store with 1 tooth in her head, loo
