Did not have my trailer. Had to drive 185 miles round trip to pick it up.

Felt nickel & dimed at the return. We returned the truck in better and cleaner condition, were delayed for hours on our trip after a failed hose clamp caused an antifreeze leak & stranded us, returned the truck early and with fewer miles than anticipated and charged, and still we had to add more gas because an iota of a difference in the fuel tank. Not a good experience at all, all the way around. You're welcome U-Haul. Not the fault of the agent. U-Haul should be renamed as "U-R-On-Ur-Own.

I left my car in their parkinglot an hour before I was going to turn in truck so I could get back home and asked person I picked truck up from and he said it was fine. When I returned the truck the manager there had a severe attitude w/ me as soon as I walked to door and said he was calling police to tow. (Which was not true, he was on phone w/ owner I believe). I never so much as got a hi or hello. After I explained his employee said it was ok he proceeded to be very rude and said "oh so you kept it an extra half hour, that will be an extra day". I signed for the truck and by time i finished process and was actually handed the truck it was almost 4pm and when I returned he interrogated me for a while while on phone with his boss Andrew me return it later than I was going too. I always use uhaul, multiple times a year and I had the worst service this time and also was unfairly charged an extra day. I will never use uhaul again

There was a lot of damage to the truck,some not marked with the black "X" and I had to point out things to the uninformed representative (i.e., seat was torn, drivers side winder handle crank was missing part that is held to roll the window down, the tags on the vehicle trailer were expired and from a different state, he did not seem to know how to operate the computer system and took three attempts to complete the reservation. I discovered AFTER I PICKED UP THE TRUCK AND TRAILER that UHaul did not show I had the trailer. This caused great confusion with UHaul during my move and when I returned the equipment. Also,the a/c blower controller only worked on high.

Originally told to return trailer to Westmoreland, CA. When I got there, was told they had no been a UHaul location for three months. Time to update your computers, guys!

I had a appointment to pick up the truck at 3:30 PM and the office was closed, finally the person in charge arrived around 4:15 PM with an attitude.

Clean but not inviting.The signs on window & door said closed. After about 10 minutes the clerk came to the window and let me in stating the office was unlocked and open. When I asked him to help me get my car off the trailer, he said he was not allowed to do so. He then told me it was his lunch time and I would have to wait 1 hour to turn in the keys. I asked about the drop box, but he warned against using it. I ended up giving him the keys, he told me to pull out the ramps on the trailer to drive my car off the trailer, then he left. Fortunately, a man who did not work for U-Haul came along helped me get my car off the trailer. Signed a Woman who successfully drove ALONE from Texas in a moving truck towing a car on a trailer.

Booked a 1 day rental. Went to return it the next day(Saturday) and the business was closed. Had to leave the uhaul on the side of the business with a note explaining the situation. It was rectified on Monday when they opened back up.

The agency rented us a car dolly with a broken left fender and no left light. Therefore we had no left turn signal, brake light, no driving light. It required we purchase a set of magnetic lights to mount on the vehicle neo g towed. Since there was no other car hauler or dolly available in a 50 mile area, we had to take the dolly. The person we dealt with was very pleasant.

When I make a reservation I should not have to wait half an hour to process . After making a reservation online and I'm inputting my credit card information online just have to show up and go over same process again in person. When I had trailer returned at the agreed time, had to wait 30 minutes for the guy that to accept the rented trailer. All in all, it was a good price and good equipment comma but I would have like to have spent an hour my time waiting. I will give the benefit of the doubt and and rent another trailer for you guys next week and hopefully it was an isolated incident.
