The seat belt was broken and shouldn't have passed mechanical. The truck was dirty. Your customer service representative told me he reported the truck stolen. I'll never rent another Uhaul as long as I live. I will also warn everyone I know not to rent. You have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

She said sorry when she arrived but argued with me when I showed my frustration on being behind in my rental already. First time I used a Uhaul retailer terrible experience. I also called Uhaul while waiting for this lady they gave me the number to the local area. I WAS HUNG UP ON 2 TIMES. then a guy named Casey finally listened.
