Was not impressed ordered pick up truck. Sorry in getting serviced can give you van. I said needs to hold double bed set and matress ok. Go to pick up it is reg size van. That will not work. Does not have anything else sends me accross town to this location happys Ok small box van that works. Bring back guy says tack picture of mileage and gas. Ok. Used 16 miles. Gas at what i left with guy said no its not. Does not go look is that what your company does because i only had for 3hrs 16 miles get me on the gas. Not good customer service. Will not go there again and may not use uhaul again not first time i have had issue with your service

Problem with one tire holding air. Notified dealer before we departed of the dash light indication. Suggested we top up the air and he would credit me. Tire needed to be filled twice. Again alerted dealer upon return. I believe maintenance should be done prior to departure.

Needed help taking trailer off. Staff told me she never met a man that couldn't take a trailer off. She Did not help. I had to do it myself. Pathetic

An address and phone number for the drop off location should be included on the rental contract. The first location we attended informed us that they don't accept trailers, only trucks, the second location was the same, and there was no one at the third spot so we crossed our fingers and left the trailer.

People were nice but when we opened the back of the truck was an oil spill and dirty. After having to drive to Brantford for a pickup when I booked in stoney creek, not good that spent an extra 30 mins waiting

Slow service and inorganized. I waited almost 30 minutes to sign for my rental and then the clerk told me he almost cancelled my reservation because I didn't get there til noon. When I spoke on the phone with the agent she told me I had the truck for the full day

the place where I pick up the trailer was a store as well. the man who took care of me was a good man. as I was there first he should of took care of me then went on with others as they come in. but not in this case. I was pushed aside well he looked after others.

We have had nothing but trouble dealing with uhaul during our moving process. Renting the truck should be the easiest part. We booked our truck online, thinking that they had the truck on the lot, only to be informed the next day that they did not have any trucks that size in our whole area. So much for the online booking system! Several phone calls later (while at work) we finally made another reservation with a uhaul dealer that had a close proximity to us for a different size truck. After all that hassle we thought everything was set, despite neither option being our original choices. But again we were wrong. We wanted to verify that the truck was the right size and the location was correct so we called uhaul one more time. To our surprise (not really a surprise at this point) the location of the truck was not correct. Our pick up location was 15 minutes away from us (rather than 2 minutes away), and changed without our knowledge. We had to go through the hassle and time of changing the reservation back to the proper location (though not the one we originally booked online, as it was unavailable at this point). We were informed we would get a call on the day before our scheduled pick up, but did not receive one. Finally on the day of the move, we went to pick up the truck. We arrived at the location, only to find out our truck had not been returned yet. At this point we were concerned that all of our scheduled plans were going to fall apart. We had a tight schedule planned with moving, along with lots of coordination with other people's schedules, and having our "reserved" truck was essential, and one would think a reasonable expectation. Thankfully, a customer overheard us talking and informed us that a truck that size had just been driven in. We got the keys, with no inspection or instructions given by the site owners, and headed out to take a look in the truck. The back was filthy, it had not been cleaned, and we had to do it. The cab was also filthy with dirt, random clothes, and a banana peel in the cup holder, disgusting! Uhaul did nothing to make any point of our moving process go smoothly. Very disappointing.

This was not the location I scheduled my uhaul pick up for. It was not as close to my house as the original pick up location. I did not ask for the change it happened without my permission. I also scheduled a 17' rental and got a 15' instead. I am unimpressed with this and do not appreciate the unconvience it caused.

Picking up the truck was no problem. When my dad took the truck back he explained to the cashier the distance we had used with the truck and that he only needed to be 10.00 in the truck for gas. The woman argued with my father and basically told him he was wrong until she went out to the truck rudely leaving my father in the store. My father told me to extend his comment that we will not be using this location to rent a uhaul and if we rent we will not be coming back to this location.

The gentleman at the return facility was nice although he was alone and would not go outside and check the truck. He said he was alone in the convenience store and couldn't leave. Instead he gave me his iPod and asked me to go out to the truck and get him a picture of the mileage and fuel level. (I was under alotted mileage and had slightly more fuel in it then when I picked it up)
