There was no one there on site. When I called Sam from a phone number on the building, I was informed to leave the truck unlocked and keys under the seat. There were numerous moving blankets in the front seat and did not feel it safe to leave the truck unlocked, therefore I locked the truck and left the keys in the drop box ..

The person in charge was very awful in his customer relation! He blamed the mishap on UHaul head office and he was not helpful at all! He even threatened to remove our things from the truck if we won’t be able to deliver the truck on time, whereas there is a clause on the contract that if late, one can be charged with a fee which we are willing to pay. The original agreement was that we are to use the truck for 4hours and we only get to use it for two hours! Horrible experience!

Even tho I spent the time and did check in and everything on line it still seemed to take a long time when picking up. And I had to go to the locations. One to do paperwork and a different one to pick up the trailer. Not really convenient at all.

Your self checkout requires you to share your location and for some reason my gps wouldn't connect so I could not proceed with the process because there is no way I could see to skip this step. Luckily my gf's phone worked otherwise I'm not sure what I would have done.

Truck was not at this location. Nobody on site to help. Had to drive across town to talk to a different dealer. Refused to honor 50$ reservation cred for not having my requested truck. Gave me a 10' instead of 15' truck. Double billed me for both a dolly rental and for the safemove insurance. Extremely poor experience and I will do everything in my power to never use uhaul again

Try to hire people who know what they are doing, and have them record the fuel guage properly, and give the proper size vehicle/unit that was reserved. Glad i took a picture of the fuel guage before i even moved the truck. They gave me the wrong size truck, when i only reserved a 10ft truck. Will not rent a uhaul again from them. I was also a few minutes late bringing the uhaul back because the closest one to us was closed with a note on the door to bring it to another location that was another 10 minute drive across town and they were going to charge me for another day. Felt like just one big rip off excuse for extra money after another. Completely disappointed in the service we received.

First of all if you know that a box truck isn’t available months in advance, don’t call the night before we move saying that you can only offer a cargo van, do it atleast a week before. Actually have the van at the location it says to pick up... When we called asking where it is, don’t say it’s on the way and then make us wait an hour for it to still not show up. Don’t make the customer be the worker essentially as we had to drive to where it was, crazy concept! When you promise that we will be given a $50 discount for your screw ups that cost us 2 hours of moving, as well as being an annoyance to the people who are helping move, actually follow through with it... When you know a key has to be in a drop box make sure it’s the right key... overall whoever owns/works the Brandon u-haul should probably go fuck themselves. As well as the customer service on the line named Claire go fuck yourself as well. Fucking do your jobs you idiots. Also don’t have a customer service email if your not gonna reply ever. Fuck U-haul, and the scumbags that run it.
