You should remove your available pick up location and drop offs on your website. I was expecting to pick up at a location that was listed on your website that was only 15 minutes away. I get a call saying I now have to drive an hour away to pick up the truck and I didn't even get on that was big enough. I ended up having to leave items because I couldn't fit it all in. Then I was told to call the number to find the address to drop off which was a half hour away instead of 10 minutes like mentoned on the website. But I had to wait even longer to get a hold someone since I was given no proper extension number. Then I couldnt find the place to drop off because the signs were blown over. Not impressed. Yes you guys gave me extra miles to cover the extra distance but I had to fork out the extra gas to not only drive the truck but to get to the uhaul.

You have the worst 24 hour call policy. Why would you inform customers to drive 30 minutes north to pick a UHaul the day before when you ask us to choose a pick up location near our house? UHaul is literally the worst rental company I've had experience with and I'll never use you again or recommend you to my colleagues.

Waited almost two hours for the guy who runs the place to show up. My appointment was at 4pm, he didnt arrive until 5:48pm. I lost two hours of my day and my move.

Picked up from Bradford when the aggrement was supposed to be in Alliston and your company assured me they would have it at the location I asked for. The motel was disgusting although thanager was nice but in saying that I also was prorated mileage by him to getting where I needed to be but I had to pay for the gas to go back in the tank for that mileage. Tome that is wrong but it's your screwed up business.

The truck was in a disgusting state. Dirty, smelled horrible and had dogs hair averywhere. Despite the colde weather we had tompeon the doors to drive the truck otherwise we would have fainted from the smell

It seemed a bit disorganized. My mileage allowance was incorrect and my equipment (dollies) weren't captured. I had to wait about an hour for my order to be ready. The staff at the location was really kind and helpful though.

We were unable to self login nor pick up our truck at the selected location. We had to make a new reservation at another location. Very disappointed and have not received the 50$ promised in the contract.

I rented the truck in my hometown and had to pick it up and drop off in Bradford adding a total of $60.00 to my bill. Very disappointing considering I didn't call that location or live near them. The truck was fine.



The agent is helpful and accommodating re my difficult work schedule.

Moving van was great, but I booked a 26ft but the day before I was demoted to a 20ft van. Also I had it for 2 days but 4hrs after I left he kept calling me asking when I would be done with the van and that he needed it back at 10 the next morning. Was not impressed with him at all. Plus the lady at uhaul had me set up for 269 free Kim's and he had it set at 200kms.

When you book a truck two months in advance maybe uHaul could have a vehicle in your city at least. The extra drive to pick up and drop off made my moving day that much longer

The truck was extremely dirty when we received it. Inside the cab was full of mud and coffee stains, and reaked of body odour and cigarettes. The back of the truck was also full of mud, which we had to clean before I could load my belongings. The person assisting me with the driving nearly refused to drive the truck to where I was moving due to the transmission being in such poor condition. He was not confident the truck would make the 400km trip. All I can say is thank goodness it did. Aside from the truck, our experience dealing with U-Haul was very poor. A month prior I booked a 26' truck yet a day and a half before my booking I was told I would only receive a 20' truck, and I would have to pick it up from a location 30 minutes away in an extremely undesirable part of the city. I do not understand why they could not have a truck available when they knew with such advanced notice one was required. Due to this, we had to overload our personal vehicles and leave some of our belongings behind. As the new pick up location was not suitable, we were able to reschedule to a better location, however we had to drive an hour to get the truck. The location in Bradford was reasonable to deal with, unlike the customer service phone line. The retailer even allowed us to pick up the truck early. The truck also had some unaccounted for damage (no x stickers marking) and the retailer treated us fairly by marking these damages so we would not beheld accountable for damages we did not incur. Overall, I give the customer service phone line and U-Haul as an organization zero stars, but the retailer where we picked up the truck 4 stars.

Great experience with Uhaul! However, the location made us feel uncomfortable. Sleazy motel with people loitering in the parking lot. I arrived a few minutes early to pick husband up when he dropped the truck off and had to wait in the parking lot, and I did not feel safe. For that reason, I would not recommend this specific location.

The person that worked reception was late when I arrived to pick up. He was also late when I returned. Also the motel could be intimidating for some people. Not well maintained and the clientele staying there are very nosy and observant ... I would bring a friend along, especially if you are a woman.

Get the 15' truck I ordered a month ago at the location I was confirmed to pick it up. Instead, the day of my move I have a cargo van waiting there for me. I will never deal with Uhaul again. Your company dropped the ball again as has become a familiar occurrence when I have had to deal with Uhaul. Very disappointed!

Finding the location was easy. Customer service was courteous and speedy. The Uhaul 9ft Van was spacious, clean, drove nicely, did not eat up gas too badly even after a long route. The Uhaul 9ft Van was decent for loading and unloading especially with the steps to aide in climbing in and out, the side doors, the only fallback was that gravity would pull the doors inward when open so loading and unloading was made more challenging in that regard. The final price was cheaper than the estimate so we were very very happy about that. Fillig the tank was not too expensive either which was also a relief. Thank you for your services.

Well we first had a confirmation number for a 26' truck at a location close to us, we then had a call a day before we were to pick it up saying we could not have that truck that it had to be a 20' and we had to drive to barrie which is almost an hour away! So my son had to call around and explained the situation and was able to get us a closer city but still had to use the 20' truck which means we will have to rent another truck! Very disappointed. My dissatisfaction is predominantly with the poor U-Haul scheduling system.U-Haul's inability to confirm pick up times on one way rentals is a major dissatisfier. I received a text and email confirming location and time 18 1/2 hours before booked time (which I was later told was not really a confirmation. I received a second text 4 hours later with the same wording, but different location and pick up 4 hours later than requested. I spent an hour on the phone in 2 calls with scheduling, but nothing could be done. This is really late in the game to be finding out what I booked is not available. I then had to re-arrange all of the schedule on the other end of my move. To make matters worse, the trailer was late being returned and It was almost 12 noon before I left the pickup location, putting me further behind schedule. The trailer still had 7 dirty U-Haul moving blankets inside too.
