I found it difficult to return a vehicle using the app. I went into the unoccupied store and spoke to the virtual reality representative representative, she told me she could not help me with returning the vehicle, I had to call the store number where no one was in. Took approximately forty minutes, I finally found someone on the phone.That could help me return the vehicle. On the app it told me to scan the barcode, There is no indication where the bar code is on the truck making it difficult to return.

Karen EI waited at the U-Haul facility for an hour before my vehicle could be dispatched due to issues with U-Haul’s system and lack of available in-person help. From 1:30 to 2:15 the U-Haul app/website/system was inaccessible. When it finally was restored, it took 10+ minutes to get the code for the key lock box, only to find that the keys were not in that lock box when opened. I spoke with 6-7 “virtual managers” who were all pleasant people, but absolutely useless in addressing the onsite issue (missing/misplaced keys). The net of the situation was I could not complete my move in its entirety because of the delay and the schedule for the help I had. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. While the system being down is no one’s fault in particular, the lack of onsite help most certainly is.
Peter THorrible experience arrived at the location at 9:00am i didn't get into the truck until 10am i had a schedule move at 9:30 i was an hour late. That virtual check in is the worst ever. I was given three different wrong codes and i took the representative 8-10 minutes each time to come back to the screen. As a employee moving helper and costumer i was very disappointed.
