I was suppose to pick up equipment at 9AM but both employees were late in arriving so that delayed pick up
I reserved the uhaul at another location a week before the reservation and received confirmation that day. The day before the reservation, I received a text message saying the reservation was at a different location. When clicking the confirmation number, the original reservation's address was listed. I tried calling the new reservation's location and no one got back to me. I then was on hold with uhaul for over 30min for them to tell me to go to the new reservation's location. I was in my car for 10min at the location awaiting response from the â€œonlineâ€ system for the keys. I did not want to wait any longer as 2 other costumers had gone in and out of the location with keys while I was waiting for the online response. I went inside and was told they had to cancel my reservation because I went inside before the online process was complete. I had to make the reservation all over again. Upon backing out with the uhaul, the gentleman guiding me was getting frustrated and was not pleasant. I was at the location for 30-45minutes. My destination was an hour away and was given 1/4 of a tank of gas. I did not know the mileage per gallon and filled up the tank to be safe.
Vehicles should be rented with full tank not a 1/4 tank
Can not understand why I was rented a truck that as soon as crank up the truck the check engine light came on and before I got the end of road the the light started blinking.Calling 1800 go uhaul did no good I had stay on hold to get the truck for 45 minutes because after somebody canceled my order before I got to my pick up location which was way out of my even though I had requested pick up from location 5 minutes from my home. then the next morning when I e mailed roadside help and ask them to call me they sent a text asking if the light was blinking they told me drive it to a location 40 miles away in the wrong way from where I was moving when I told them no they sent me to a location in Bradenton still out of my way.
Charged me for hand truck and mats that were not ordered or used.

The truck did not have a consistently functioning air conditioner or defroster - an issue while driving through 90 degree heat and pouring rain. The check engine light came on during the drive from our home to the drop off location.
Great and friendly customer service.
Wrong truck number sent out through U-Haul app, poor directions on confirmation through app. Box no. and key worked, but mileage on app. said 8k but actual truck was 199K and prevented me from completing mobile check in with updated mileage. Truck had none of the blankets or equipment ordered through app. At the vehicle return, Eddie, from Mid-Gard, was not helpful and told me â€œwe are not U-Haulâ€. Trrrible experience! Greg Wright

Truck was left with 1/4 tank of gas. I reserved it for 2 days, but returned it at 5pm 1st and was still charged for the 2 days.
Again I'm receiving email saying someone rented a U-Haul and it's coming to my personal email I used to be an employee for this very horrible company that likes to rip people off somehow my email is being put on there U-Haul customers accounts I better not find out it's fraudulent I will get the employees involved somebody better respond to me
Truck did have a strong scent of smoke, if anything could be done about that would improve the experience
Excellent customer service at both Midgard locations.
Extremely difficult to drive out of the parking space when we picked it up. We had to enter through the passenger side of the vehicle and that even presented an issue. the website to pickup and drop off the vehicle was extremely frustrating and took entirely too long. My overall experience was not good at all.
Nothing. The service and the customer service was excellent and friendly.
The On-Line check in do not work at all. When I attempted to "start check in" the website would not respond. Luckily I was picking up the unit during business hours and the Manager at Midgard was very helpful. I would recommend you not use on-line check in unless your website will work properly.
Mobile app check in process awful; Stop trying to cheat on fuel. Every truck ive rental I was told the tank was about full when actually much less, this time 3/4
