Customer service was the poorest I have ever had. The truck was dirty. I took pictures and submitted them already. The truck drove rough. I got it home and loaded and ended up with a flat tire. I called the guy that I got the truck from and he said there's nothing he could do for me. I had to call customer service and waited 2 hours for the roadside assistance to come and change out the tire. Roadside assistance guy from Conlan Tire, he was phenomenal. AVOID MAX FURNITURE! Uhaul shouldn't even let him rent truck or represent the Uhaul name.
