Repesenitive did not explain all fees to me charged me insurance fee to my debit card without asking me if I need it if she would have asked I would've explained that I have coverage on my auto insurance policy. Still waiting for them to refund the fee.

The equipment I pre-ordered with the truck was not in the truck and when I did automated pick up I was stuck without equipment. I spent over an hour on the phone with 5 different UHaul representatives before one was able to find another local UHaul where I could drive to and pick up the supplies. I will never rent a truck from Gravely again.

Don't send people to an uninhabited location 11 miles away, when there are closer options which are maintained by employees. I was forced to return the UHaul to a location in the projects which was unstaffed. I had called a closer location which was open (i.e. had staff present) and the service agent told me I would have to pay a penalty for returning to that location. This is incredibly unprofessional and Uhaul should not be dictating where customers return the product, that should be up to the customer. But, I guess, once you have our money, it doesn't matter if you treat us like crap.

This truck was rented out illegally in my name. I had to call yet again for the 5th rental contract due to the maggie not looking at license & paying attention to the name . I'm a woman and it was given to a man. It is always passed off as a "mistake". This is fraud & I was told this would be handled but yet it keeps happening. Even after corporate took me out of system she still manually entered me back in. All different drivers license was entered in every time! If ur looking for a shady place I guess go there.

I original scheduled to pick up a truck st a location 1 mile from my home. Since I haul charges by the mile I wanted to be as close as possible. The day before my move I received a call from u haul saying they moved my pick up location to a place that was 4 miles from my home. The guy would not change it nor wave the mile extra charges I would now acrew because of them. On moving day, no one came to open the store till well after 8am. The computer system wasn’t able to to turn on because the manager didn’t pay the bill. They wouldn’t give me the truck I reserved because it wasn’t available. Why u haul would send me to that location that didn’t have what I payed for I’ll never know. They wanted to charge me more to rent the truck they did have which was the extra large one. After a lot our back and forth they agreed to give me the truck they had for the price I originally payed for. The lady at the store was wonderful and very apologetic. I’m not at all unhappy with her service. She did the best she could. I’m unhappy with uhaul. Will not use u haul again.

Unit needed a trailer jack. Not sure why one was not on unit. Had to disconnect unit from tow vehicle fully loaded. Hard to do without jack. Also the ball hitch connection was not good. Anyone could have disconnected trailer from tow vehicle. No locking provision was provided. A typical trailer hitch has a lock option.These were not good features.

Over Charging, just got my receipt today and I dropped the trailer off less than 12 hours after rental. Have pictures with date and time to prove but yet they still want to charge me for a 2 day rental NOT HAPPY!

My experience started 3 days before my actual rental. I came in and spoke to Shelly. She was sooo helpful and kind. She provided me with all the information i was asking. Fast forward to today, i needed to rent a truck 4 days ahead of schedule. She was once again sooo kind and compassionate to my situation. I was running late on my return and called her to inform and her reply was once again filled with caring and compassion. Could not have asked for a better customer service experience. When I arrived to pick up the trailer I could. It find a representative! I had to connect it by myself. Them when the back light to the trailer did not work I had to switch it for another trailer. Again no help. When I asked to use their restroom to wash my hands before leaving I was told I had to go to another building next door. When I finally left I was tires and dirty. Sorry!
