Truck was clean. It did not sound like it was in very good running condition. Very loud. Easy check in / check out. Overall a good experience.
Peter K.Moving blankets were left all over the truck. Hand carts not secure. No circle check. Went back in to confirm fuel on check out. They responded "yes yes 3/4 no problem". Drove a total of 11km in town and was charged for 28L of fuel. This fuel consumption is physically impossible. When I politely brought the issue to the location they said they went off pictures of the fuel gauge and to take it up with uhaul directly. It is outrageous that any location could claim such fuel consumption for such little mileage. I consider this fraud and if fuel charges are not reimbursed I will be acting accordingly.

Raj N.Vehicle was in poor repair. Wandering steering and poor brakes. No supplies in vehicle even though they were reserved on line. Had to get supplies from a location 50km away. Filled up at gas station around the corner from the rental location and still got billed for fuel. Uhaul district manager was supposed to call me to settle this, never happened.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!
