When I rented the truck the clerk was nice enough and the facility was very clean and orderly so I did not think of checking the gas gauge to ensure the tank was full when the clerk marked full on the paperwork. I try to be fair in all that I do, and knowing I only had a small job needing a local haul, I estimated 50 miles just to be on the safe side and not wanting to cause a lot of paperwork on the backside of the job when I returned the truck. Upon leaving the facility I noticed the tank to be only about 3/4 full and the cab had a strong odor. The odor ended up making my wife extremely sick for the rest of the afternoon and evening. The cause of the odor I detected was a cleaning rag under the passenger seat. When I gassed up the truck after my job was finished (three hours after having rented the truck), I put in nine gallons of gasoline. I looked at the odometer and had registered approximately 30 miles. There is no way I used that much gas in 30 miles so the tank could not have been full as the clerk indicated. Upon bring the truck back, the clerk simply asked for the key and said everything was done. I brought to his attention the issue of the gasoline and he was very nonchalant and said, "Okay, thanks." When I asked about the mileage, he said they odometer reading would go in and a new reimbursement would go on my card in 3 - 4 days. I saw no great appreciation for my patronage nor willingness to compensate me for the issue of the gasoline nor for the odor in the cab of the truck. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed in the end.

We dropped our Uhaul off at this location on-time but my husband forgot to leave the key in the Uhaul. We spoke to Andrew, who was very helpful, and he told us we could mail the key back and it would be no problem. The key arrived two days later, but we were charged for an extra two days (which is reasonable) but also charged $150 dollars for a lost key. We called to clear up the issue about a lost key and Andrew told us that Jeff, the manager, actually over-rid his decision and ordered a new key anyway (but this was not explained to us). We wanted to clear this up with Jeff but were on hold for 20 minutes before hanging and trying to call back. He would not speak to us about it -- we were told we would have to call back the following day to speak to him. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. I understand we made a mistake forgetting to leave the key and I understand being charged two extra days for it, but I do not think a $150 'lost key' charge is reasonable, especially since we were not aware this was going to happen. We are still waiting to speak to Jeff about this.

The van was filthy dirty, gas was not to the level that check out stated. Brandon was very attentive and courteous and explained the previous checkin on the van was in error. Andrew checked in the van and failed to clean or check levels properly.

This was the 4th location I was sent to, the location listed on my reservation was not the correct one, I was then sent to another location 15 or so miles away, then from there sent to one that had my reservation but did not have the equipment so then I was sent to the on in Bountiful, another 15 or so mile drive in an unfamiliar city. I spent over 3 hours trying to pick up my reservation. Very unimpressed with your reservation system. The first and 3rd locations were not very well kept up and hard to access.

If you don't have a truck available at the requested location and the customer has to pick one up farther away, do not charge for a few extra miles.

GPS takes me to back side of building where there is no entrance. Entrance to parking lot makes me cross merging traffic. it would of been better if the entrance in the back. .its very dangerous
