Place was closed when I got there at 4 pm. I dropped off contract in box and trailer, now I'm being charged a $159 late fee for not turning in the trai!er? And no one from UHaul ever contacted me prior to the are fee. Unsatisfied customer.

I dropped off the truck when they were closed. They changed me 2 extra days. There seems to be a disconnect between U haul and the field offices. When I called to try to fix the extra charges the charged my card a second time for the extra days. Very frustrating. I know that we are all human and make mistakes but, this is very frustrating. I will think twice about using U haul again.

The truck was clean. I did have battery issues the entire time. I would start it at night and in the morning just to make sure it stayed charged. On my last day, the truck would not start. Instead of calling roadside assistance I got some people close by to give me a jump. The overall experience sucked! When I first picked up the truck, the battery was already having trouble. They told me, once i got going the battery would charge and be fine. this was not the case. I think some kind of compensation for the trouble is appropriate.

The experience as a whole was great! The drop off location was a bit tight because of all the trailers, but that's pretty typical for a U-Haul location.

Excellent service. I needed to rent a furniture dolly for a new armoire, and the agent was helpful, quick, and showed me how to use the straps on the dolly. Great experience.

RENTER BEWARE - Insist that they come check the truck in when you return it or wait until they can "get around to it" because they will scam you and charge you for gas even though you bring it back at the level stated in the contract. Then when you call them on it they will argue with you and tell you to come back and see for yourself and send you a picture from some truck that matches their story.

The place and the equipment looked nice. My problem was that the price wasn't made clear to me before I was charged. I was under the impression that i was being charged a deposit and that when I returned the trailer i would pay the daily rental fee.

All went well with the trailer. There is one tail light not operating properly (burned out bulb) that should be replaced, but the mechanic saw that when I picked it up. There were 3 of the 4 lights functioning though.

You overcharged me for mileage. It is physically impossible for me to have gone over 100 miles you charged me for. My destination was 8 miles away and only did a couple trips!! Please refund me for your error

poor service! the self check out didnt work in the app nor in the website. had to go back home and return after 2 hours to check out the truck. wasted time, gas, money and patience due to poor ability of your company

The representatives are aware, but sometimes the location's parking is really tight and difficult for customers to find a space to park when picking up and/or returning the rental. Otherwise, everything went very well, thank you

Make sure there is nothing blocking the return area. When I dropped off the trailer, there was a Mini Cooper parked in a spot that made it very difficult to put the trailer where it belonged.

There was a great deal of systemic confusion, last minute pick-up changes, conflicting information from different U-Haul locations...added chaos. I did like self check-in, however...worked fine. In the end, got my truck...but a week after the move & after paying, still confusion and odd auto-generated e-mails...which isn't this location's fault, I think U-Haul has some serious operating glitches that make a stressful time even more stressful (in my case, anyway...maybe it was a fluke, don't know.)

The reason I do not give 5 stars is because of some miscommunication. We were told our drop off date was on Labor Day, so we assumed that they were open. When we got there they were closed for the holiday and we were never informed of a after hour drop off option. Causing us to need to make a 2nd stop on the next day that was not something that worked with our schedule. Aside from that they were very understanding on the issue, did not fine us, and were very quick and welcoming.
