The assistance I received was outstanding. Shinde was personable, friendly and genuinely interested in my move going smoothly.
Most of the equipment was in perfect, brand new condition. They did not have moving blankets in stock and refunded us for them, which was unfortunate but happy about the refund. However, the furniture dolly we received had a broken wheel that wouldn't turn at all. Because it looked brand new, we didn't think to check it and only noticed it was broken when we went to use it. I was very disappoint in that, as you can imagine, trying to move furniture by hand.
We waited 45 minutes just to access the vehicle. I opted for 24/7 self pick up to avoid that exact issue. Really put a wrench in our moving day, there should be a better and smoother system.
Did not have blankets as requested and over charged me for 3 blankets and on dolly and one day rental
The drop off site needs to be built out and cleaned. It was a little unnerving to go into a warehouse situation. The people were very helpful, though, and the location was very convenient for a Boston drop off.
Can was a little late. No fault of the location. Gentle at location was friendly and communicative.
This was the worst pickup experience I have ever had. It was supposed to be a no contact pick up. Instead, we entered a building that is completely under construction and should not be doing business in. We reserved two utility dollies and they only had one. The guy was completely unprofessional and had no idea how to go through the pick up process. Please call me.
Have someone there so we can pick up the rental! The location was badly marked and we could not find someone to help us When we went to the Hub location nearby they sent us back and there were back and forth calls before we got the truck. A waste of two hours. Total runaround, completely disorganized and unprofessional.
Everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating when renting my U-HAUL van.
The gate did not work to get in. The poor employee had to use his bike to activate the exit gate. The system was down and he had to call corporate. The staff went above and beyond with a cheerful attitude, for that we are grateful!

need to make sure they're given a code to get back into the premises so that they're not stuck outside in the cold for 45 minutes.
Potentially dangerous situation. If following instructions on app, can be trapped in lot with no way out. Was forced to jump a sharp and potentially hazardous fence. Less able people would not have been able to get out of the lot. Would like to talk to a rep regarding this.
Very secluded location, no signs/instructions, UHaul should perform any customer background checks prior to check-in, Check-in should be quick and painless, one should not have to wait at a secluded parking lot waiting for â€˜approval' from UHaul for pick-up
Don't rent a truck from Shinde Properties if you can avoid it. I didn't receive a key code to access the truck for pick-up when the property was closed, only accessed the truck because another customer happened to be inside. I paid for furniture pads and two dolleys which were missing.
We were locked out of there gate for over an hour in pouring down rain because no one gave the code. 24/7 service is ridiculous as no one answers and it kept going straight to voicemail. Michelle (the live help) finally found the gate instructions a whole hour and half after the reservation time. Location was horrid. Rats scuttling around. A dump literally in front of the gate.
