This location was a storage business that severed as a pickup drop off location. No maintenance just an attendant that works the storage business and only preforms a quick inspection. They had limited accessories to offer (blankets dollies ext.) It was safe and adequate.

There were water bottles moved behind the seats. Loved the location. Was supposed to get a haul at 9:00 AM Sunday but hit major complications. Wasn't able o get one until 5:30 PM. A snag in 24 share. Thanks to the pep of a manager and an IT person they changed my location and I was able to get a uhaul Manager Beth M ext 860848 was on the phone with me for 2 hours helping me. Kevin t ext 850249 also assisted from the 24 share. Kuddos really goes to Beth M for really assisting with me again she helped me for almost 2 hours on the phone and every step of the way. I recommended that Uhaul have a back-up passcode for clients that are having trouble. I was originally going to get a haul from the production circle Bonita Springs location. They put the keys in the back of the truck and give you a passcode to the lock so you can get into the truck. I suggest that haul has those codes when glitches like this happen. I lost 9 Horus of moving time. It was really unfair but again, I applaud haul for trying to help me.
Location is fine unless it's raining. Not a lot of cover from the rain drops when I was dropped off there trying to finish the reservation on my phone. Simple, easy, pleasant otherwise. Thanks
The cab of the Truck smelled of vomit when I picked it up. I had no choice but to continue with the rental because of my move and because I needed the larger truck. If I had a choice, I wouldn't have kept it. This thing needs a deep cleaning in the cab.
Fix the gas meter cause I put 25$ gas and the meter didn't even move at all. And on top of that I get charge for gas which is a scam I believe. I think. Aside from that, the person that helped me was great
i had a text and email reservation number, but the clerk could not find it in the computer. it took 25 minutes to get the truck rented to me. it should not be this complicated.
how this company is run is a little bit shiesty they asked you to rate U-Haul and then they ask you would you recommend "this" location. This location is not run by U-Haul it's run by an independent Storage Company. But you have to apply and file paperwork with the company U-Haul not the storage company. U-Haul the company have shit customer service. I made reservations the night before the rent a van. Come to find out when I get there. The location it let me make a reservation at is not even open on the day I make the reservation for. I called Storage Company and the phone connect me to an office on the other side of the state. They told me they can't help me with the U-haul because I called the storage company not U-Haul and they can't do anything for me. Try to call you haul but I'm left on hold for 20 minutes. While on hold I managed to drive to the other end of town to go to the other U-Haul location. They told me at the other location that nothing I did online transfers over to this location cuz they're separate. So I have to refill out everything. End up running an hour behind on delivering the furniture I was planning to deliver that morning end up getting caught in the rain and have to move furniture in the rain. I would never got to speak with anybody at U-Haul because they just kept me on hold until I hung up. So who am I reviewing here? Because when I have a problem trying to pick up my reservation I get told that's not part of our company you have to call U-Haul not the actual place where you going to pick up the vehicle. So who am I rating? U-Haul the corporate company or the independently owned and run storage facilities for you pick up the vehicle? No shortage of people to take your money but when you have a problem "it's always you have to call a different number" so I will rate this location just fine. I rate u Haul very poorly
Question whether I would recommend to a friend. I have emailed regarding a problem but have not heard back yet. I was charged for 2 days, when I only rented the truck for 1 day. I was asked if I would be returning it same day, I said yes. And I did. Office was closed but it was returned just after 9 pm. It also took me a while to figure out where to drop the keys as that corner of the building is not lit. I walked into the complex and believe I can be easily seen on closed circuit camera footage looking around front window searching for instructions on where to drop keys. I walked back to the front of the complex and thats when I found the secure drop box. Anyway my issue is being charged for two days, when I clearly returned it same. If I was supposed to return it before the office closed, I WAS NEVER INFORMED SUCH. I had a good experience. To make sure clients have access to help if needed would be a plus in situations where they are doing self pickup and drop off.
Another person was there and had the same code as myself. His code did not work for his truck. Mine worked, but only after I fidgeted with the lock for a while. Maybe get digital locks or something better. Otherwise - I was happy with being able to find and get a truck. The process did take way too long due to the lock problem.
Changed the method of picking up vehicle. And it took over 25 minutes to get through the online version. And had to repeat the process I had already done before online. Thus making me late for my pick up.
Perfect vehicle clean and spotless. Nice service by the app and online staff. Highly recommended
Vehicle had check engine light on from the time it was cranked. What is the procedure for changing vehicles at a pickup site when this Issue is found? This could have caused a serious problem had the vehicle broken down during use.
Worst experience ever nothing went right. Did not have my vehicle ready took me to another location dropped me off without checking I had no ride back made me miss the closing of my house. And what did they do for me? Very poor communication skills they need to take the whole bill off it took me three hours to get a U-Haul after I confirmed at 11 o'clock that morning I had to pay movers three extra hours etc.The worst. I'm still trying to get some of my money back.
Our original drop off location was Best Mini Storage - what a dump! Nobody in the office, no one would answer the phone. We called UHaul 1-800 number and They were very helpful and found us a better drop- off site! That saved the experience!

As much as I LOVE every associate I've dealt with here, I can't take the ABSOLUTE PISS POOR RESULTS of virtually EVERY rental I've experienced over the last 3 months! SOOOO much of my PRECIOUS, COVETED TIME JUST WASTED due to the laziness and just lack of work ethic from this establishment! ALL around from TOP to bottom! I'm not even going to attempt to cover everything, but here's just a little sample of my most recent experience.... Reserved a truck for 3, couldn't show up til 4, walk in, lovely Allison whom is amazing and whom I was in constant communication about my tardiness, yet has NO upper management support. Get my truck, obviously running late. Get to truck, open side door as I had to let my co captain in, NJ, my pup, start the truck and pop open my door. Open the back to throw my dolly in, 10-20 pads unfolded all over the back, trash, and some sort of brace and brackets lying in the back!??! Take half of the pads and throw in back of truck next to me as I was running late and just pushed the rest to the side. While driving, passenger door bouncing around and I think I didn't close.... nope, just doesn't close properly. Next stop light, SLAM shut and ok. Get to load, load up, go to get in, drivers door broken and doesn't open. Lovely day, so windows down fortunately. No bigee, except when you have to roll up the window! Handle all my duties, unloading and get a text that truck due back at 3, I was late at pickup
