The location did not open at 10:00 a.m. as advertised. The employee showed up at 10:25, and there were five people (myself included) in line waiting to pick up our equipment. I called the phone number for the location twice and was told both times that "he's right around the corner," but the employee was most definitely not around any corners within a five mile radius. This was a huge waste of my time, as well as that of the other customers who were also waiting. I was very unhappy.

We had a 10am reservation and waited in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours before we could pick up our truck due to the location being understaffed. The reservation was for 6 hours and instead of "starting the clock" when we actually got the truck, it started at our reservation time. In order to drop the truck off on time and avoid extra fees, we did not fuel and were charged nearly $60 for using 1/4 tank of fuel. Ughhhh at least moving day is over and we don't have to do this again anytime soon!

Location was effectively closed just before noon. An employee finally came out and told me everyone who does uhaul was out to lunch and "might be back after one". When I came back later I had to wait for the one employee and while I was waiting I got to listen to one of the managers complaining on the phone about a f@#$ing new hire who was a pussy. I've seen homeless panhandlers with more professionalism than this location. To top it off the lot is not at all large enough or configured for a uhaul Location.

my issue is more with u haul booking itself. They stated that the car transport could haul my specific car. Physically it was impossible to tow my vehicle with the auto transport. It also damaged my car.

There was no one at the location so the manager told me where to park, said to take pictures of the mileage and gas gauge, and then upload into the U-haul app. I couldn't load the app from that location so I got the app once I had good service. The app did not allow or request an y of the information. I was supposed to return the truck at 10 am on 4/6/19 but I got unloaded sooner on Friday the 5th so I called to ask if it would be okay to drop off a day early about 4:30 pm. She said yes. So I did with the above problems. Today I got a notice that I would be charged for an extra day!!! This was horrible. Moving is very emotional and physically trying and to put up with mistakes like this is unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and engaging. The truck was clean. The stone work there is a visual gift. Although the parking lot was small I was able to maneuver it with both a large van and ten foot truck. The only thing that I think could be improved upon is the size of the parking lot.

The equipment was fine, but trying to do the 'return' bit on the website was an absolute nightmare. My phone is slow, internet is intermittent at best. Before I had even finished the process (never did complete it), it had taken so long it tried to charge me for an extra day rental. My phone died before I could finish the process. I called the Uhaul help desk but they said they couldn't do anything about it (took three phone calls, first 2 dropped out), now I have to phone my drop-off location when they next are open to sort it out. Absolute nightmare, will make me think twice about renting from Uhaul in the future, unfortunately.

Terrible location for 26 foot truck. Tiny parking lot. Bridges and things nearby have 12 foot height limitations, which make the 12 foot tall truck have only one way in and out on the road. Just bad overall.

Where I picked up computer was not working properly. Took a long time to rent. When I tired to drop off in AZ first location would not take it. Said he had to many transports. Second place tried saying same thing. But I was not going to drive around all day hoping to a find a location that would accept the drop off. I should be able to drop off at the closest most convienant location.

We were having trouble with the lights/blinkers working on the trailer. Finally the person helping me said, now they are working and sent me on my way. I trusted him. We loaded the trailer and drove 7!hours at NIGHT with NO lights or blinkers working !

The guy at Quality Building Stone was absolute great and very helpful. What was't good was that when I initially called there UHaul reservation number they told me that the closet location which could provide a UHaul acc. my schedule was located in Sandy, around 9000 S , on Sate Street, which was about 5 to 6 miles. away. When I drove around my neighborhood I saw the U Hauls sitting at Quality Stone, which was about only 1 mile from my home, so much better and easier/closer for the pick up and return. The reservation was changed by the guy at Quality Building Stone and he was also very surprised why his availitbiaty did not show up on the reservation system of U Haul. But is worked out as he was very helpful and friendly. The return check in per online did not work on my phone, I still have an older I phone but it works fine otherwise. The website kept shuttining off whenever I had to take a photo and start over . I tried for about an hr and then gave up and called the U haul line, they told me it was OK .It was very stressful and hot . I think the process to check back in online on return needs to be streamlined and simplified and made sue that there website works !

Upon returning my truck to U-Haul it took an hour to get it checked in location only had one person on staff and it took forever to get checked in the person before me they struggled with his reservation and again took an hour for me to get checked in. This is the location I was told I could take the truck trailer furniture dolly and Furniture pads I checked them in on the 30th of July 4 or 5 days early since then I received three phone calls and multiple emails about why I had not checked in my truck I tried to call I spent multiple phone calls and on hold and it took forever to get resolved again I wasted an hour checking in the truck and several hours trying to get the issue resolved. Come to find out the issue was is that I checked in the truck 4 days early. How's that my problem why would me turning equipment early be an issue. Why would I continue to receive phone calls and emails about not turning in my stuff over a week later. Truck and trailer were great but I am very unlikely to ever use uhaul again. I would not recommend them to anyone I know at this point. Very very disappointing and unsatisfied with my experience.
