I ordered & paid for boxes and furniture pads when I reserved the trailer. When I got to M&M's, they had neither of these items. They actually had little to no UHaul / moving items at all. They could not print a receipt for me, and there was no one to assist me with connecting the trailer to my vehicle, to ensure it was set up correctly. I was literally left alone to set it up. I will NEVER use this location again.

The gentleman that helped us on Saturday morning was perfect, so kind even did a good job calming me down since we had just come from another moving company and were very frustrated, he was patient and courteous and explained everything. It was a very positive experience, don't know why I didn't go here first, I guarantee I will next time!!!

I returned truck full of gas, they however insisted charging me for fuel. It was a scam I will not use them ever again.

The back of the truck had dirt and leaves in it, had to sweep it out before even beginning to load. Then the truck died and had to sit and wait for tow company to jump truck.

The truck was certainly functional. The A/C worked phenomenally well which I SO appreciated. However, the gate was so hard to open I had to put all my weight on it to get the door closed the last few inches. The truck also creaked around corners...kind of felt like something under the truck was going to snap. Yikes!

They are not on Google but three others are and it is impossible to find and no one at the operating system could help. It took over an hour to find a location that was 10 minutes from my house. And then there was not enough info on how to drop off when it was closed and it closed while we were looking for it.

U-haul, not M&M storage, changed the pick up location without informing me. I confirmed pick up time and location the day before. When I arrived, there was confusion and most importantly, no truck! I was told by original place, after they contacted U-haul that the location had changed. I spoke with a U-haul representative who hung up on me and did not call back. I was less than impressed with the change of plans without my consultation!!

We had filled out our information on the drivers prior to picking up the truck. It took 45 minutes to still get the truck. It was the guys first day and he was by himself but it was frustrating because we were needing to get the truck back to our place asap. We also asked for a 17 foot truck and paid for a 17 foot truck but the truck we were given was not that. We paid for the 17 foot truck which was frustrating.

When I arrived to pick up truck, the only employee at the location did not know how to log into the UHaul network to complete the contract. After several calls to other UHaul offices, I received my keys and contract. The process took an hour and I was pre-registered. I received the truck with 3/4th gas showing in the tank. I drove the truck a documented 25.1 miles during my use. Prior to return, put in 4 gallons of gas in truck. No one at office for equipment check-in. I have now received my final UHaul statement. It shows a charge for an additional 11.1 gals of fuel on top of the 4 gals I added to the truck. (On 25.1 miles driven?!!) I heard rumors about this location running overcharges, but disregarded them. This place is a rip-off. I am done and I will tell others.

They're charging me for the furniture pads and dolly that was never in there!!! AND I only went about 10 miles had the truck for 3 hours and they're charging me saying I went 70 miles!!!!! Never will I use uhaul again and I will warn people of how you do this to people!!!

Poor customer service. I purchased a appliance dolly and when I received the truck , it was not till I got to my destination that I realized that they did not even give me a appliance dolly. So I had to drive all the way back, putting more miles on the vehicle which they charge for. When I asked if they could restart my mileage because I had to come back for the dolly, the clerk just laughed! . In addition , I ordered a 15 foot truck and received a 10 foot truck that was not clean and did not have my merchandise that I rented.

I can't really give a review to the M&M Storage. I was supposed to drop off at a different location, but never could find it. I guess I parked the truck in an okay place at M&M as the storage unit fence was opening just as I pulled in and the other trucks they had were inside the fence.
