Have payment at drop off point . I don't know how my bill is so high if it's 19.99 a day and .19 cents a mile. I know. I didn't drive over 170 miles and 3 days rental doesn't come close to what I was charged. So i would l would like a invoice that is not attached to my email. Thank you Address 130 homestead lane. The only problem I had was getting out of there. When I first started up the truck, the mileage display read " F RR TIRE LOW". I immediately went back into the store to let him know I wasn't taking a truck with low tires. Especially because I was going to be putting weight in it too. He sent a young girl out to give me $1.00. I asked, what it was for? She informed me to pull the truck to the other side of the station where the air supply was located and to use it ($1.00) in the air machine to put air in the tire. I had no idea how to do that or read the tire gauge or pressure reader. She went back inside for a minute, came back out and SHE ( thankfully) put the air in the tires for me. She actually had to go back into the store for another dollar. We couldn't fill both tires that needed air with only $1.00. She didn't even have a flashlight. It was also dark on the side of the building where the air pump was. Thank God, I happened to put a flashlight in my purse before we started off to pick the U-Haul up. The gentleman who rented me the truck and behind the counter, was the owner of the station. Although he was very nice, he didn't seem concerned at all to help me with such a task as putting air in the tire for me. I've seen this young lady in the station many times but I'm pretty sure she doesn't work there. She was behind the counter sometimes, but she never waited on any customers. She was , however very helpful to me by putting air as needed in the tires. By the way. The right rear and front tires both needed air. I just got the feeling that he didn't want to be bothered by me and renting me this truck. I also had to wait while he waited on other customers. I ended up leaving the station 38 minutes after signing the contract with him. The next day, I was told that I might be charged for another day because it was 32 minutes past the 24 hour mark. I reminded him, if I didn't have to have air put in the tires, I wouldn't have left so late, getting us started late. The place I was moving things out of, had specific hours and I had to work around them. Losing me a half hour the night the truck was rented. I wish there was a place closer to us. He's not even in our area code. But, none the less, closer in miles ( which I was paying for) than the Downingtown store. The hours in that store were not very convenient either. I was also told that I would be getting 10 miles credit. Is that true? Did I actually get 10 miles credit? I actually can not tell by the recent he gave me. What an experience! Also, GLAD ITS OVER! Thank you, Sincerely, Charlotte Stirling-Lapp
