This location was great because they had the equipment I wanted. Unfortunately, I think my reservation was mishandled by the reservation system. When I called to confirm and be sure of a dolly, the location I was told had the equipment for me on Saturday but when U haul called me to confirm on Sunday, they had changed me to a 15' truck vs the 10' I had reserved - it's nice at no up charge but i didn't want that big or need it for my load. I had to speak to reservations again and have location changed to further away

Did not receive our dolly like I had reserved. Was told it would be taken off our total payment but it was not. We're were also charged an additional $40 for being slightly late with the turn in because several locations were closed or not accessible and a 21 dollar charge for 1/8 tank if gas. I dropped off the truck with the same amount of gas that was in it when I picked it up. I do not appreciate these ridiculous charges.

The price online didn't match the price at the location pick up. I was over charged for the truck but I caught it in time but still see I was over charged for the appliance dolly because the representative told be the utility dolly would be better and i got the utility dolly instead.

When I dropped it off the women was very rude & I did not get my $50 inconvenience fee back along with her being rude about the gas that the other rep told her was correct. I have other moving to do and if this doesn't get resolved by a timely manner I will not refer or use u-haul EVER AGAIN!!!!!

UHaul has a terrible system for distributing furniture pads/blankets. I have done UHaul several times over the last few months and needed furniture pads every time. Every time, I have had to drive to other locations to find pads vs your affiliates or even corporate stores having them available. This makes no sense to me since I generally reserve my truck/trailer at least two weeks in advance. It is like I buy a car but I have to drive to different dealers to get all the parts to get what I need. I can't understand why you put this on the customer and do not keep stocks maintained...this is poor business.

I requested my truck from the location nearest me but had to go to w. oxmoor. I was told I would have to pay an extra fee if I wanted to drop it at the location near me. I ended up paying for more mileage because of this. Not very customer friendly.

I called in advance and had the truck I needed and blankets requested set up two days before, when I arrived the truck was not what I ask for and instead of 24 blankets the guy had 3. He did however have some used material that someone had left he gave me. he was very helpful. He said the system was not up to date real time and does not show what he has on the lot just what is in the computer which does not match up

We were given the link to a location for drop off that did not exist. We drive around for almost an hour looking for a location that could accept equipment. It was horrible and made for a very long day.

We decided to drop off trailer early. The employee was completely at a loss as to how to handle. Also the charge to turn in was way over what would be reasonable. Yes we changed from round trip to one way but also decreased the number of days from 2 to 1. After speaking to a regional manager a credit of 50 dollars was offered but never received. Not pleased at all. Lip serviced does not go far with me.

Checked out one truck, damaged areas and engine fluids to learn we had the wrong keys/yellow slip/vehicle. No furniture pads although 2 dozen were requested.

Truck could be a little more "up to date" - the windows had manual levers to raise up/close (haven't seen that since the 90's....) and I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust the side rear view mirrors - I'm guessing a more current model truck would have a lot more "user friendly" driver controls. Overall, though, it was a good, mechanically sound ride and did the job I needed. Thanks.
