My uhaul pickup was scheduled for 7 am, and no one got there until after 8 am. When the guy finally got there, it took him 30 minutes to check me in and they did not have the equipment I had reserved. My movers got to my place at 8, uhaul nearly ruined my entire move. This was a horrible experience and I will never recommend uhaul.

My reservation was moved from a previous location to this location. I received a text alert from U-haul and called this location to confirm. This location was not aware of the transfer, and I had to contact the original location to sort it out.

We ended up going to three different locations in order to get the hitch installed properly. We left a day late on our trip when we assured they could have it done that day. Very frustrating. I will never use uhaul again after this experience

The interaction with the personnel was fine but short. He took the paperwork without saying much and then told me I would get an email. No explanation, no examination of the equipment, nothing else.

They could definitely improve the process because it took us little bit over an hour to get our reservation right because the people at the 280 location screwed up my reservation order and the University Blvd location had to fix the 280's problems and that's just inexcusable period.

The location was difficult to identify as it seemed to be in a warehouse district. The older gentlemen was overly critical about every scratch in the unit even scratches that had obviously already rusted over. I guess I should have been more through when receiving the rental.

There is nothing good about this location. There was no signage indicating that it was a Uhaul location. There was no night drop off box for keys. When I went back the next morning to return the keys there was no one at the location, despite the Uhaul website indicating it opened at 8. I had to leave town and my rental was due within thirty minutes, so I took the key apart, slipped it in the crack in the front door, called the number on the building (no answer) and left a voicemail telling them I had done so. As I was leaving, a man whom I couldn't understand returned my call. after a confusing conversation, he understood I left the key, and I did receive an email that indicated the return had been processed on time.
