The cab of the truck was very dirty. Chips all on the floor and in the side of drivers door. Sticky cold drink stains . Over all was good drive, easy access to pickup and to drop off. Would use this company again .

This man didn't know anything dealing with u-haul he call someone to do everything for him by taking pictures of my paper work to send to them...... u-haul doesn't care about there customers as long as they get they money I will pay more somewhere else before I use this sorry service!

terrible experience. had to hook up every thing by myself. no help on location. poor poor. Should not be a rep for such a trusted reputation. no boxes. trailer had many screws and nails just scattered on floor. should not have franchise. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH UHAUL COMPANY

I waited longer for the buissnes I was sent to to open then I did moving and they lied about the gas, the establishment wasn't open until 1145 I got there at around 9:30 they were supposed to open at nine

Windshield was filthy, had to stop and buy radiator fluid - indicator light was on and place said they did not have any fluid. Missing appliance dolly, guess it was taken off the bill. Rental place said I had to call the main office U-Haul number to have the appliance dolly dedicated from the bill. Customer service should have been the appliance dolly was there and if not, already deducted.



Located inside a store, helpful and friendly



The location was okay but the two women who worked behind the counter were professional and handled the customers with politeness and courtesy. For that, I would recommend it to a friend.

Canal road location did NOT LEAVE KEY for online order and pick up, resulting in me having a $135.00 hold on my account for nothing. Also, it delayed me an entire day. Customer service representative Derick Smith did a great job assisting me the issue, so thank you to him.

The young lady was very helpful, respectful and courteous.



Ordered truck on line to be picked up 2 blocks from move location.Arrived as scheduled and no truck. Called U-Haul and was told truck was at location on other side of town. Due to extremely heavy traffic caused by a local event this delayed begin of move by over two hours. this meant that crew was idle and cost me extra money. Also , clerk at store where truck was picked up was difficult to understand due to thick accent.

Get better local employees. When I picked up the van the lady acted like she didn't want to be there or deal with me. She didn't take me to the van to go over any existing damages or anything. Then at drop off a different lady was there and she refused to get off her personal phone call. She walked out of the building to look at the van and when she came back would not give me a print out of what I was being charged and just told me she emailed it to me. The staff at this location are very unfriendly, unprofessional and need more training.

I made my reservation online only to be called by a representative and told that the vehicle was not at the location where I had reserved it. I was advised I could get the truck from a different location which was further away and ultimately cost me about 10 more dollars than the original reservation. In the business world this is called bait and switch. What's the point of having the website if you're only going to get a call to reschedule.



Have the size u haul that was reserved available or be prepared to offer a discount.



The original location I was emailed address to did not have the truck available, my reservation didn't matter. Was sent to second location, that didn't have it either, was sent to third location were incompetent personnel overcharged me. When complained, was directed to call corporate. My complaint was recorded and manager was supposed to call me back (5 days later, still no such call). However, same evening I received a call from someone saying that I didn't return the truck!!! When I said that I did, have a receipt with overcharge, person hanged up. Overall horrible experience, my movers were waiting for 2.5 hours while I was trying to get a truck (that was reserved ahead!).

Not only was the uhaul sticky and smelly, I was overcharged. The owner of the place we returned it said we didnt return it on time because the keys were left in the lock box and not returned to him. I called him and told him that was the instructions given when we returned the truck to him around 6:40 that evening. I asked if he remembered us buying chicken from his deli which I still had the receipt as well as it showing up on my debit card. He hung up then had a female store clerk call me back to have me call uhaul. I tried several times to get answers from him but he hangs the damn phone up

I was charged a gas charge when I filled the tank back up to the level it was at when I received the truck, because there was a different person there at the time I returned it and it was marked on the paper showing more gas was in the truck initially than what it had when I picked it up. The employee advised when I picked up the truck is that it was just over the 1/4 tank mark, which it was a few cm over the 1/4 line, but the paper was marked as the gas level being between the 1/4 & 1/2 tank. I had to wait for the associate to lock the door to check the mileage and gas level. I had to wait each time for the associates to check out several people before finishing up my transaction. The truck did not have any mechanical issues, but the interior was not clean.

There were two girls working and one didn't know what to do and was extremely slow. The other girl knew exactly what to do but was more concerned with her cellphone then helping. It took forever!! I will not go back to this location!
