We were not aware this was a 24/7 drop off so the location could be just fine but no answer to calls and no one at location. UHaul did not explain the process so we got charged another day for having the truck turned in an hour later than required due to not knowing the process.

The location was an old cluttered, dirty gas station. I was told the owner was trying to sell the business. It appears they have no internist in improving the facility. The staff there were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my reservation. The truck they had waiting for me was not approbate for my reservation. it was one that was not to be taken out of state on a one way rental. They had to find one that would fill my needs. They found one and had it with only a slight delay. The lady handling the truck rental took good care of me. Also, the truck was dirty. The cab was not that bad, but the inside of the windshield was hazy; it had not been cleaned in a long time making it difficult to see at night. The outside of the truck was vary dirty. The front of the truck was covered with bugs, The windshield had not been cleaned, It was vary difucult to see when driving into the sun. I had to stop at the first gas station to clean it off. Front end alignment was off a bit, the steering kept pulling to the right. It was not critical but kept causing the truck to drift to the right while long stretches of the interstate. I am sure it is wearing out the tires.

The check in process was tedious, slow, and the Uhaul agent was very short and unresponsive. I will never use the self service again.

The lights stopped working. Customer service transfered me to different customer service representatives 6 times. No one helped me. I am disgusted.

computer information input at pick up location could be improved ...maybe use a printed bar code would speed things up

I did mobile checkin but took over an hour part due to I was told I needed more verification which was 300+ miles away. I got bounced around to a few different people on the phone and then was told to start the process over. The only thing that saved me from flipping out is that the owner of Wilson Dunham Conoco called and said that he noticed I had checked out. He then helped me and it went smooth. Except I didnt get dolly or packing blankets but I said I didnt need them so he took them off however I believe I was still charged.

Computer issues caused a delay of over 30 minutes. Perhaps some training would eliminate future problems.
