Only problem that I had was that the young lady who inspected the truck was complaining to me about mud on the wheels and light footprints in the truck. I told her that there is construction on the freeway and we had to take a full truck load to the city dump. She replied look like you were at a mud track. I got frustrated and told her to do her job. The truck was returned in very good condition.

Gentleman opened at 8 30 because I was early... I arrived 30 minutes before store was scheduled to open bc I assumed it opened at 8 30. He saw me waiting and opened early just for me. Very friendly. Great representative.

Same as my previous comment. As a whole very displeased with the way the company handles reservations and with 0 forethought as to wether the requested truck is available or not. I would happily taken the 15ft truck if advanced notice had been given. I have already informed other friends of mine (also military we move a lot) to not use this service. Just poorly handled am very displeased.

When I reserved truck online wanted pickerington but truck wasn’t available so was going to pick up in canal wenchester which was okay. Then Friday morning got a text to pick up another 5 plus miles away and 2 hours later. That’s bull. If they pickup site was agreed upon it should stay the same. I had to pay 5 people to stand around and wait for 2 hours. Not very pleased.

Fire the general manager. She is very rude and unprofessional. Her name is Nadesha. I had a question about extending my truck rental and she was very rude and unsatisfactory in her response. She even called me back and attempted to argue with me over my trucks rental time that she had gotten mixed up with someone else's. She need to be gone. Not a good far for uhaul as a brand and thatblocation as a manager. This was alum creek location.

The customer service was miserable. When moving there are multiple things that need to be taken care of on a specific timeline which is why I made a reservation a time and location that would work with the rest of the days responsibilities, but UHaul notifies me 30 minutes before my scheduled pick that it will be delayed and at a different location. What is the point my making a reservation if you can hold the reservation? I explained this to the customer service representative and was rudely informed UHaul does not take recommendations, just preferred times and I should have read the fine print. This was extremely offensive and caused a major inconvenience. For example; the helpers that I hired were no longer available for the new pick up time, I missed the furniture delivery, and the mileage was higher due to the different pick up location. I would hope UHaul would try to alleviate my frustration, otherwise I will actively promote their competition.

Make sure that the 1-800 uhaul people have the correct information. My initial experience was because of misinformation but the location manager and employees listened and it worked out so everything turned out fine. So I am very satisfied with my experience.

the manager I believe, a lady called and had a attitude why the keys weren't in the drop off box. I told her that there is no physical way to fit the key in the slot (don't know how this hasn't been figured out before), so we locked the key in the van. She was all mad that we locked it in their, and how she was suppose to get it out. Then just said I'll figure it out and hung up. Usually most car rental places have spare keys, and where else where we suppose to leave the key, on the ground or? You guys really need to replace the key lock box, so you can actually drop the key in it.
