My only comment is, I was forced to enter two Contacts, but as soon as one contact was called, the phone was ringing, and the rental was approved.

This is the second time I have booked a 24/7 cargo van at a location and once I got there to pick it up I couldn't and was told by customer service that I couldn't pick up that particular van using the 24/7 check out process. I was given no explanation as to why I was able to book it as 24/7 in the first place. I have also received no compensation for this happening twice in the past month.
