Frank C.This location was great but the U-Haul app is terrible. Took 20 mins to do afterhours drop off and even though the trailer was perfectly clean I had to pay the 15$ cleaning fee just to get the app to let me complete the drop off.
Daniel J.I ordered an appliance dolly because I needed to move a clothes washer. There was no dolly in the truck. That left me in the lurch. I have been reimbursed the charge for the dolly—and that's good, but I didn't get the dolly—not good.
JEAN M.Overall everything was ok. The only problem was the customer service. The phone lines were not answered when we were having difficulties with the app upon returning the truck. It took 50 minutes to get through to anyone.
