I was not happy about being charged for an extra day for being an hour late. I picked the truck up at 10am and figured I could drop it off at 10am. Plus I was charged for an extra day of insurance. What a rip off

I wanted a dolly which they didn't have. I also chose a 17 ft truck on line but got there to find out I was upgraded to a larger truck as they didn't have 17 ft. I was charged the higher rate of course. I rented truck for 2 days and only put 6 miles on it. When i went to turn in the truck they tried to charge me additional fees. It was going to be 298.00 give or take. Told e it was enviromental fees. Took almost 45 minutes to get the matter straightened out. I don't know why they were trying to charge additional fees. Sounded kinda shady to me. For that reason I will NEVER rent from that location again. I will tell all my friends as well. I have rented from Uhual 3 times in the last 5 years and this is the only time I have had any trouble. Didn't have what I had requested charged me more and then it was very inconvenient returning. Big thumbs down on this one

The only thing I could suggest for the owner of the business is that when he reserves something like the car dolly as he did for me. That he actually puts it on paper somewhere so he can remember that he reserved this for me. He was completely confused the following day thinking that I had reserved the transport trailer. Even though I made it very clear through for phone calls that it was the car dolly only that I needed. Thank you very much.

I asked about the advertisment on the back of the truck (return it clean and u get $25) got told to call uhaul cause he doesnt do that wjich would of been okay if he didnt seem rude and irrated at me over the phone but the female was very sweet n nice

Don't tell the customer that your hitches are universal. Ask what size ball the customer has and then say whether or not it will work. Have the right tools on hand to swap out balls.

Returned uhaul with a full tank. When closed out contract was charged for gas again. When I tried to explain to employee, she argued with me. I told her I needed a refund for the extra gas we were charged. She had to call in the owner who then walked in and berated and insulted us. Then he goes outside and sees the uhaul has a full tank. OOOPS THEY SAID. Turns out they were wrong. We were refunded. Will never do business here again and will make sure everyone I know never does business with them again. They were rude and ignorant. I’m still shaking with anger.

Not the locations fault: the website to do the rental was down, and up, and down, and up. I don't blame the location for that. But the trailer I got was an antique, blew a tire, had the wrong tires on it, and the brakes I believe were stuck because it was hard to pull. I am very unhappy with the trailer I got, and unhappy with the problems of getting a new trailer when the tire blew. Personally, I believe the rental charge for the trailer should be given back to me for all the trouble I had. And that trailer should never be rented to anyone again.

I don't remember their names but everyone of the customer care personnel that I spoke with were outstanding. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had to deal with and had to call and change and add more days and etc etc and was at my wits end but from the friendly customer care and the professionalism of all your staff made it just a little bit easy for me to get through a tough situation. Trailer leaked and all the Christmas presents which was a lot and wrapped all had to be redone because they got wet .

Corporate IT hardware support and dealer training in POS system would really help. It took nearly an hour and two phone calls for help for the clerk to get me checked in on an iPad. Kudos to the lady helping me, though. She stuck to it and got it figured out.
