Originally had a reservation in Oshkosh on Ohio Street.. their equipment was in disrepair. They located another unit, via an address that was unrecognizable by GPS in Berlin WI, as well as by several local residents. Finally found the place, only for it to be closed.. After calling customer service 4 times, finally was able to load the trailer by myself... turned out to be an extra hour plus of a hassle that I didn't need before a 10 hour haul home.. trailer worked great, but a huge Pita..
