I was charged the $25 cleaning fee.... I cleaned out the whole truck, it was even cleaner than when I picked it up. It would be nice to save some money, this was unfair.

Wayne J.The staff were friendly but I ran into problems with my rental not having a clear drop off location and then once I finally got a drop off location, the parking lot was cramped and the drop off box for the key was impossible to find. The hours were also limited so no staff were present initially to help me with the late afternoon drop off. However the next day when they were in the office, they were extremely helpful and stayed late so I could drop off the rental key after work.
