Only problem I had was the Uhaul system or the station’s internet was down. The service rep was able to get sufficient info and system was working after I returned the truck. No problems, truck worked fine and I was pleased. Will use Uhaul again from this service center.

I reserved a 10’ truck. Only 15’ truck available. Didn’t know this until I showed up at the place. I would have postponed until one became available. We did not do a damage check, ( none offered) but told the clerk there was a chip in the wind shield. He shrugged it off. The place is under going major construction. Trucks were parked all over a muddy, debris strewn lot. The owner wasn’t rude just not helpful in either telling us beforehand about our preferred truck not available or finding us one.

The guy who checked me in was unprofessional and told me I had to drive back to the location to speak to someone else the next day. He was arrogant and uninformed. He could not have been less interested in uhaul.

You can take the dealership away from them they rent from a convenience store I had to wait an hour to get my rental then when I brought it back I had to wait again which caused me to be late then I was charged for another day when my wife walked in to ask questions about the bill the employee at the counter was rude and told her to get the F out bad business I would never patronize this business nor recommend them to anyone

I had a very bad experience with the Snow Hill location. After planning the rental earlier in the week, the location operator forgot the reservation. We were on a tight schedule & tried to get the truck she promised from Pocomoke but while half way to Pocomoke she said the operator was not open. Finally we went to Berlin. The truck was much bigger and required my husband to drive instead of my son. Things worked out but this was not a good experience.

I mistakenly did not check the mileage upon entering the vehicle.. the mileage was incorrect on the contract and totaled that I drove 63 miles upon returning the truck. I only traveled about 31 miles and was charged for 2x the miles. I should have checked it before I drove away, but either way I was charged for the full amount. Other than that, everything was fine.

Auto Transport Trailer worked great. Was surprised that no one assisted in hooking up trailer or even looked at my tow vehicle/wiring. In my case I didn't need any assistance and had already made sure what I had was adequate by visiting my drop off location prior to renting.

When I called this location to confirm they would accept drop-off of my equipment the person I spoke to was hard to understand and not very friendly.

When reserved the UHaul online I declined the extra insurance. However when I checked out at the pick up location I was charged for the insurance anyway. The associate did not go over the order with me or tell me how much I owed before running my credit card. When I looked at the receipt I realized I was charged for the insurance even after declining it. I brought it to the associate's attention and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. He just handed me the keys and pointed in the direction as to where the UHaul was located. The associate did not check out the condition of the Uhaul prior to me taking it, marking down any dents or scratches that were already on it.

Person behind counter was not helpful, told me he could not help me and had to call his boss, waited for his boss. Was not helpful at all.

We told the attendant that it was going to be a one-way drop off but he put it in as a round-trip. He said just call the 800 number to change the drop-off location which turned out to be a big problem and the Shillington PA location did not have it in their system when we arrived to drop-off, even though we called the 800 number. Now we are being billed an additional $200+ which I dispute. Had we known this we would not have rented the trailer.

Have someone to help you besides the guy sell who my beer and cigarettes. Also, after having to wait 30 minutes in a dirty convienince store. Finally a manager or owner showed up with his whole family to get me out of there and made me feel as if I was bothering him. Then after I got the quote from the women on the phone for $103 for the rental. My total was around $131 dollars. I asked him why he said that was the cost. But when I looked at receipt, there was 2 different charges for insurances that I did not sign up for or authorize to be put on my card. I told the man I didn't want insurance, that I was covered by my own insurance company. And he said that I picked it when I did it on line. Which I then told him that I did not do it online. I made my reservations in the phone. Wich he said that I would have to call the number for U-Haul. I would like to be reimbursed for the money. I'm trying to figure out who to call now.

The truck was not available until FOUR HOURS after my scheduled pickup time. And there were shifty circumstances around why it wasn't available. The clerk kept calling the same guy to get him to bring back the truck. He always said to hurry up because he "has a customer"... That leads me to believe whoever had it was not supposed to be using it. Furthermore, once I got the truck it was FILTHY. There were tiny shreds of wood and dirt completely covering the floor inside, and there was water everywhere. It wasn't just damp, this was POOLS of water. It was so moist inside that there was water DRIPPING FROM EVERY INCH OF THE CEILING. I had to wipe off the whole ceiling before loading anything, and if I hadn't had a large tarp handy the truck would have been unusable. This was absolutely the worst moving experience ever.
