In the future, I will not use the website to rent a uhaul. The pick up location was changed to an inconvenient location. The gentleman at David’s kindly went to Little Rock to pick up the truck.

I was very pleased until I received this text message this afternoon: FreeMsg:CREDITCARD Card Fraud Alert: Did you attempt $.09 at DAVIDS RENTALS on 09/04? Reply 1=Yes 2=No. STOP to Cancel or HELP My initial charge went through and then this was attempted later. Was informed from my credit card company this is the way many attempt to test an individual's card. If the charge goes undetected then they hit with big ticket items. Very dissapointed and hope this was not done by anyone at this busisness.

The guys at David's Rental were very friendly and professional. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the truck was available for pick up. When i returned the truck they offered to give me a ride home while I waited for my ride to pick me up. While I waited we had a pleasant and funny conversation. I would use their services again in the future.

David and Christopher (David's area rep) were very helpful after I had experienced an extremely upsetting problem with the location in Little Rock! I reserved the truck from David in advance however my reservation was cancelled without my consent by someone else. I was very unhappy. Christopher was awesome! He saved me. My saying thanks to him really doesn't adequately express my gratitude. David as well went out of his way to make things right. I really do want to do business with him again because of his good customer service. However, the manager in Little Rock (at the 65th street location) may very well be the reason I will consider pricing other rental companies in the future. As well as telling others about it. I was treated awful and therefore can't help but to wonder if that will happen again. My reservation was made well in advance at a location about one mile from my house. (Davids Rentals) When I got my text notification the day before, (less than 24 hours) I noticed my rental truck was schedule for a different time and place than I originally requested. (Five hours earlier in the day as well as in a different town. Actually even a different county than I live in as well) I called to explain how I thought there was a mess-up and asked if we could work something out. David even offered to help. They simply said no and cancelled my rental without me knowing about it even while I was attempting to find some way to get there. I asked them to help me and even offered ideas and indicated that I wanted to get back in touch. After finding a possible solution I immediately called Davids and that's when he told me that the other location had cancelled my rental on my request. My request? I never did such a thing! I was trying to work something out! I even called them back to requested a copy of the recording to prove it. I would have never cancelled. Then I found out that this was the busiest weekend for truck rentals because of college students returning to school. The manager treated me as though I was responsible and they we're not. I got very upset by the way she treated me and I let her know it. She simply didn't care that I had made plans with several people as well as work schedules. I'm an adult not a child. I had made advanced plans! My daughter had a job interview! The Apartment complex was expecting us. People had arranged there schedules to be there... I wasn't irresponsible! Yet she treated me that way!!! She cancelled, NOT ME!!!! I would not have! I was looking for a solution because I had reserved a truck in advance and was given a reference number. That's not being irresponsible. I'm getting upset again thinking about it. This is why I contacted Christopher. He listened to me. And he worked to find a solution and succeeded. I shouldn't have had to work so hard to find a solution (which proves I did my part) only to have one of your managers simply not care. What's wrong with admitting you made a mistake and then showing a genuin

I had the wrong day for the u haul, I needed it for Friday instead of Saturday, David made arrangements for me not only to make sure I had a truck, but also called the moving company to set up a new time to be moved. A+

Location service was fantastic; however, the U-Haul company failed miserably. I had a confirmed 26 ft truck but the U-Haul dispatch allowed the person who had the truck before me to extend their use. This left me without a 26 ft truck and I had to use a 15 ft truck to move a 4 bedroom household out the day of closing! Not impressed with the U-Haul company! David’s rentals was great though! U-Haul paid me $50 for the inconvenience; however, that didn’t help with me having to make twice as many trips as I should have.

I contacted David’s Rental needing to get my Son moved from one dorm to another on very short notice. Everyone that I had contact with was very helpful and professional. They had exactly what I needed to get the job done. Their location was very convenient and easy to access being right on I-30. The staff got me in and out of there very quickly both when renting my equipment and while returning it and answered all questions that I had. I will certainly recommend them and use them myself every time in the future when I need to move anything.
