I wish the site would sell small cardboard U-Haul boxes for packing. Otherwise, in that area, one has to run to Walmart. But I do understand small sites only have so much space and I reside in the big city....spoiled.

My only complaint is that one day before moving U-Haul called to tell me I had no truck available and I had to go three times as far to get one. With all the stress of moving this was very unprofessional. The truck was great and the served the purpose but next time I will look at other providers.

Reimbursement for extra gas left in the vehicle. When I rented a 10' u haul box truck it was almost completely out of gas. I had less than 1/8 of a tank when I rented it. When i returned it I left it with 3/4 tank of gas. And I was very disappointed to find out that I was not being reimbursed for the gas in the truck.

I had reserved a trailer 45 miles away in Willmar but was informed the day before that I had to drive extra to get that trailer. Then I was told I had to drop it off in Detroit Lakes which I was informed of after I had picked up the trailer. I was able to get that straightened out which was good and I was able to drop it off in Perham where I initially set up to drop it off online and with your representative.
