Easy process for truck rental, office very clean and gentleman was very pleasant.

I had real problems going on with my tractor trailer and they were more than helpful when I needed it most by suggesting a rental from Benicia to San Diego which really helped a lot while my semi is being worked on. Top notch, I'll be using this location every time I come back to this area, which is often.

britain R.The truck was given to me with less than 1/4 tank of fuel so I had to immediately fuel it up before loading it. Also, the furniture pads I rented with the truck were not available at this location and I had to go to another location to pick them up. The staff at this location were not organized or prepared and were not able to even refund the cost of the furniture pads because their computer was not working. The second location I went to was able to refund the amount from the first reservation and get me the furniture pads. I will never return to this location.
