Van Still had trash in the back from previous renter. I took over an hour on the phone to rent the vehicle. The app was very slow even after I followed all the phone reps instructions.

Juan Jesus H.Provide exact location of vehicles pickup the states UHaul on the building . Went to pick up after hours , but the vehicle and keys were at an offsite lot,. Address provided for pick up on my reservation , was not the address for me to pick up. After a long call to multiple Reps , I was I told the puck location key box was different and I need to go to Insurance company store front to pick up .
