Location was closed when I arrived to pickup my reserved trailer. Then, when the guy arrived he was busy handling other business instead of taking care of my reservation so that I could be on my way. I waited over an hour to pickup a 4x8 trailer. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

A couple years ago I was going to rent a U-Haul trailer from this facility. I told the owner I would be in on a certain day. When I got there an hour + before closing to pick up the trailer, they were already closed. I had to scramble to find another trailer at a different U-Haul facility. I went on Tuesday December 18 to this same facility and reserved a 5 x 8 trailer. I used my debit card to hold the reservation. We were picking the trailer up on Thursday December 20. The girl asked if we were picking up the trailer in the am. or pm. I said it would be in the pm. She said they closed at 5:00pm. I got there at 3:15 in the afternoon and the store was closed. I called the number for the store and the owner said we needed to come back at 4:00. I went back at 4:00 and the same girl that helped us on the previous Tuesday was there. The girls finished the paperwork and told us which trailer to get. I asked her if she was going to hook up the trailer for me and she said no that she had just come from the hospital. I asked her if she could come out and show us how to hook up the trailer and she reluctantly did. I took the trailer home. We loaded the trailer that evening. After loading everything up we find that the right break light and turn signal did not work. This was the sorriest excuse of a U-Haul facility I’ve ever had an experience with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Reserved equipment was not available. We were told to call other locations to find our own equipment. Had to drive to other city and multiple locations to gather our own equipment that we had reserved in advance. First truck had missing windshield wiper so we had to switch out.

The Uhaul was not cleaned out in the back, it was dirty. They lied to my friend that went to go pick up the Uhaul and added an extra fee to my price that I didn't agree on in the beginning. They told my friend the insurance was already on there when they added it and charged my card.

I'm very disappointed in this experience. Confirmed my reservation request for one location (Anderson, SC) and the day before called and said it would be at another location 30 min away. Would not deliver to my requested location and didn't give me the size truck I reserved. Called customer service after drop off and never received a call back from a manager, as promised. Had to call back twice to get issue resolved. I'm going with Budget next time.

The owner or manager, Curtis, of c&s furniture (a 3rd party vendor for uhaul) was very unprofessional and rude. Because the website was down it took him over an hour to get me my reserved, prepaid and guaranteed by noon 26 ft truck and only because I pressed the issue that I flew from Tulsa to Greenville and went through all the steps to make the pick up seamless did he press through to make it happen. He even ordered us out of his store. Only after his uhaul superior got involved did the problem get resolved and he was still rude, and short. There was a red flag for repair on my rental key tag, that when i asked about, he ripped it off and claimed they "made a mistake". Once I started the uhaul I noticed the check engine light was on. I have a time stamped video to to prove it before I drove it an inch just to cover my six. It left a metaphorical bad taste in my mouth and I was uneasy most of my trip.

I was charged an extra day of rental when I turned the truck in before my 24 hours was up. I was charged the extra day because the business didn’t get around to checking the truck in for almost 45 minutes and that put me into an extra day. I’ve rented from uhaul for years and I know that I have 24 hours. I’m not a happy customer

No one at this location when I returned equipment about noon on Sunday, 10/08/17. I was concerned that someone might take the equipment before someone would check it back in and out of my name.

Tried to do a remote pick up at C&S and they don't do remote pick ups! However, the website lead me to believe that I was picking it up there. When I started the pick up process, the man on the phone said that I was picking it up in Greenville!! I purposely wasn't picking it up there because that would have wasted all of my mileage getting back to Belton!!!!!... We did manage to get the truck for an extra day or two, but still we wanted to start loading Friday night so we could get it all and we didn't get it all! We ended up returning the truck to a closer uhaul site, rather than driving to Greer, thanks to the girl at C&S for that return option. All in all not the best service we've had with uhaul!!

The owner was rude and refused to explain my bill and the charges. Terrible representative of u-haul. He told me to leave he had customers waiting and he would list me as refusal to pay and I could deal with u-haul. Wanted two more rentals. FORGET IT

we have always used uhaul but after this time...never again! pick up location was changed and totally inconvenient. When picked up truck it had huge puddle of standing water in back of truck & I was told it was "no big deal & it would be cool" called to complain and was told we would get a refund of $50 and still haven't seen the refund or gotten a call from anyone trying to find out any info. AWFUL!!

Do not send anyone to this location. Rude! Will not rent again. My location to pick up truck changed 4 times. And had to drive over and hour to pick up the truck I finally got. Started out picking up the truck at 8:00 am and ended up not getting one until after 11:00 am. Very unorganized for a rental business. The $50.00 they refunded me was wasted on gas having to drive everywhere to get the truck. When I got to the final location, called the person and they said they would not be in today. Thankfully someone showed up while I was on hold with Uhaul and told me if I could wait 30 minutes they would help me. I got to the place that I was going to load the truck at the time I was planning on leaving on the 5 hour ride. I know this sounds like a prank but I would never recommend this company. If you can rent from any other company that would be my recommendation.

The pick up location was out of the way. The location opened at 10 when pick up was set in advance I had to call because no one was there and wait for some one. Then they had to show someone how to do the check in and out and wasn't friendly at all. The air didn't work, no power stirring, and the brakes were terrible.
