Poor communication and lack of customer service help for self pick up. Then, you charged my card additionally without consulting me or anything! I only drive from the move out site to the drop off site and then took the truck to the agreed location. I'm not happy with my experience at all!!!

It had nothing to do with the budget where we rented from it was more of a matter of returning with the site app. The video didn't load after 3 tries then it wouldn't open or allow me to go any farther in curving it back in. It was a pain and of having to contact customer service we were there for a 1/2 hour trying to return the truck Only to be told just dropped the keys in the Box . There was no way to secure the Dolly that we rented so we Internet having to take it back today on Monday when the office was open .

The individual at this location was very argumentative with me when I had asked questions as.to why I owed additional money at drop off. She was more interested in fighting with me then helping me and even raised her voice to me in conversation. She need to learn how to be.assertive and not aggressive with customers. I was.given the 1800Go Uhaul to lodge a.complaimt if I choose to, and I did so.

Watched my boy sweep the truck out. Dropped it off at 8:30am. Then got a call that i owed for over miles. Which i new i did fine with. But then she told me she had to sweep it out. I said know i watch my boy sweep it out.she still charged me.

The inside of the truck was filthy, the hood latch was loose, so I had to duct tape it closed so that it wouldn't fly open while I was traveling down the highway.

The location was great, the truck was not. The truck looked like it needed to be retired a long time ago. It had sever wind noise. It rained after we got the truck loaded and when we started unloading it we had wet boxes and mattresses so it has a leak somewhere.

I know this location is a neighborhood store in combination with a storage facility, and may not be able to expand their services, but if they can… having U-Haul's bundles of moving boxes for sale would be very handy. It was great that the personnel there were able and happy to direct us to the nearest facility that does sell your boxes. I was overall pleased with her friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful attitude.

The staff was not very friendly and she told us if we couldn't back up the trailer to take it to another location. While I understand that there is limited space and people need to be able to back up the uhaul to park there, she could have advised us in a much friendlier manner.

The truck was not cleaned or fueled when I arrived for pick up. There was a significant wait time as well. I was told the truck would be ready at a specific time, and when I'm on a tight schedule ahead of a cross country move, I can't afford to wait around.

When we went to drop off the rented equipment they told us we had to have it back by 2 PM Saturday or we would be charged until Tuesday when they open again. We unloaded the trailer and returned it asap. We needed to keep the dolly and called uhaul to ask if it was okay for us to return the dollybto the olathe location. They advised it was fine since it was not due back until Sunday. Long story short we returned the dolly to olathe no problem. The Belton store called and told me they are going to charge for the dolly. I explained the situation and she was rude on the phone. Long story short, I will make the drive to olathe to do business as the customer service is MUCH better. Kudos to the olathe store
