U-Haul moved my reservation 7 miles from the original pick-up (1806 Cornwall Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225 to the Easy Airport Parking location (3909 Bennett Dr, Bellingham, WA 98226) the day before without sufficient notice (after close of business hours and by email, no phone call). Other locations in town would have been available to me from my current address of 505 N Garden St, Bellingham, WA 98225. Because of that, 13.2 additional miles @ .99/mile were charged to me (a total of $13.07). U-Haul also moved my pick-up reservation from 830a to 9a--a delay of 1/2 hours, costing me an additional hourly charges (3 movers @ 18 hr or $27 total) for scheduled movers. I will be filing a better business bureau complaint. If you prefer to reach me to reimburse me for those additional fees, amounting to: $40.08 I can be reached at 720.250.6691

The handle on the trailer tongue was broken off. I didn’t notice until later and it caused issues later. Every human and website I interacted with was amazing and efficient.

The cargo trailer I rented did not have a working right blinker or tail light. When I checked out the trailer I had the worker check my lights including my blinker. I was told they were working and yes the lights were on. But, I was being followed by my daughter and she told me the right brake light and blinker did not work. I then checked them myself and she was right, they were not working. This is a dangerous situation when traveling down the freeway for 200 miles. I noticed that the light in question was different than the one on the left. It seems to me the wrong light was installed. Please fix this cargo trailer I'm disappointed because I have had nothing but positive dealings with U-Haul and I hope this continues but I constantly worried on this trip.

The trailer was new and very good. The truck was a disaster. After I picked up my first truck at a different location the shocks were bad and the alignment. At first I was told once loaded the truck would run better. After multiple phone calls uhaul eventually set up a different truck. This next truck started out ok until in the middle of Montana the transmission blew and the mechanic was pretty sure there was no fluid in it. This was after uhaul told us they thoroughly go through each vehicle before rented out. This definitly did not happen twice. The third truck worked out fine and the roadside customer service was excellent! I would rate my uhaul roadside assistance 5 stars and overall uhaul renting at 2 stars.

Easy Airport Parking called me the day before my rental was due - which was vey helpful since there was a mixup on the reschedule! This allowed me to correct the error (reschedule the return correctly) and avoid any late charges. Thank you!

The site is also a 24 hour airport parking site which was confusing for entrance after regular hours. One gate was open, and the intent is to have UHauls park in the street/at the closed gate after hours but the sign is difficult to read as you pull up until you are already committed to entering the parking area. The personnel on staff was unclear in his instructions when we needed to re-park our van at this location and then was very brusque in correcting our parking error. If there is a way to include after-hour drop off instructions for this site on the reservation page that would really help clear up this issue.

Have someone hook up and take off trailer no attendant to assist had to take off myself never experienced this at all. Trailers are very heavy to lift I was able to find a board in parking lot to help me lift the 6x12 enclosed trailer off and hurt my back

Picked trailer up on May 1st, 2018 at noon and dropped it off in Bellingham the following day on May 2nd, 2018 at 11:30am. I was sent an invoice on May 6th, 2018 for 3 days of extra usuage! I called the Bellingham location to tell them of the dependency in my bill and Cat however was very helpful, BUT I'm now waiting for a credit for $91.14.... This location needs to get on the ball and figure it out because I had to check my credit card to find out why I had extra charges pending on my AMEX.

I needed a utility trailer for the weekend and all of my other sources were out of trailers. While I had used U-Haul on a number of prior occasions before, I had not thought of them for the weekend. Then I remembered that U-Haul had utility trailers and I called. Everyone I talked to was professional, patient, pleasant and helpful. They quickly found the right trailer and helped me reserve it. I picked it up the next morning and was on my way. I finished up and returned the trailer early. Next time I'll start with U-Haul FIRST!

Staff was not knowledgeable or familiar with the computer program. Two visits, one to reserve and one to pickup sent over an hour to figure out the reservation and pick up. Tow Dolly damage was not identified as stated by staff at pickup. They requested I sign the inspection paperwork before I had looked at the dolly. Both frenders had multiple cracks, end of one stripe was severely frayed, one link to hook safety chains to was broken off. Done of this damage was recorded anywhere. I documented it on the form and took pictures.
