The lady that helped my check out my rental was very kind and helpful. When I had some questions and needed help over the phone the man who answered was rude and dismissive. I have never experienced this kind of condescending rudeness with any business. I would never use this place again because of the behavior of the male owner/employee.

The older man working the front counter was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. He began explaining about the damage coverages, and I interrupted him and asked him and told him that I thought I had already purchased it online (in a friendly tone). He became very upset about this and asked my brother if he was paying attention to him (because he thought I wasn't). I asked the U HAUL employee to repeat himself and he refused. He said I should have listened and then he pointed to a paper description of the damage coverage and told me to read it. I read it and he asked if I had any questions, and I replied ", Yes." He then responded "Well, I am going to tell you," and then proceeded to stare me down. I felt very uncomfortable and threatened. My brother stood up to join because he too sensed his anger and felt I was in danger. I am very upset with this customer service and the fact that I felt threatened over picking up a moving truck is beyond ridiculous. This guy should no longer be representing U HAUL Co. Interrupting someone during a conversation is a VERY normal course of conversation. We do it at work all the time as we are discussing solutions. His reaction was very poor and he was a very threatening man. I will be calling U HAUL Co. to discuss this further. I've never had such terrible customer service before and I am concerned he may lose his temper even more with a customer.

the female who I spoke to twice was very pleasant but the man who was there when I returned the truck early so either i was 3-4 hours late and being charged another $40 i thought was kind of steep considering I already have the truck 2 days longer than original planned.

The owner of the business or manager was extremely rude to me and it appears he overcharged my credit card. I have rented from U-Haul numerous times in my life and have found all the previous employees to be friendly and very helpful during every phase of the rental process. I rented online for 1 day picking up the truck at 2pm. When I was signing the paperwork he asked me when I would return it and I said at 2pm tomorrow unless my friends didn’t show up on time to help me load and unload the truck. I told him if that happened I might need it for 2 days. The next day the owner/manager called me at 2:05pm and in a very rude tone of voice asked where his truck was. I apologized and explained to him that my friends had showed up late and we had not yet moved all of our stuff. He became very irritated and started yelling at me on the phone telling me the truck was supposed to be returned by 2pm. I said I am sorry it is currently full of stuff, I think I will just have to rent the truck for one more day. He continued to yell at me and I asked him why he was being so rude and talking that way to me? He said he had a very pissed off customer who was supposed to get my truck at 3:00pm. He then told me to hurry up, get the truck unloaded, sweep it out, and fill it with gas and have it back to his place by 3:00pm and he would ONLY charge me an additional $20 cash. I told him I didn’t think there was anyway that I could get it there by 3:00pm and that if I had to pay him $20 cash for bringing it back at 3:00pm I would rather just pay the $29.95 and rent the truck for another day. At this point he raised his voice even more and said “you will owe me $50 EXTRA dollars plus the $29.95 for an extra day”. I asked him why I would owe an EXTRA $50 if I was in fact renting the truck for an entire other day? He said “you are one of those idiots who didn’t read the 2nd page of your contract did you? You better read it and call me back”. I told him I did not appreciate him talking to me that way and that I would be calling Uhaul to complain about his rude behavior. He immediately hung up on me. I had my phone on speaker and two other witnesses heard this entire exchange and said that they had never heard a person from Uhaul being so rude. I brought the truck back today right at 2:00pm, it was cleaned out and full of gas. I pulled into the lot and he was standing outside. I asked him where he wanted me to park the truck and he said just to leave it there. You handed him the keys and he said “thank you”. I asked if there was anything to sign or go over and he said “Nope, you are all paid up”. When I got my online statement today from UHaul and my credit card company it shows that I was charged approximately $170 for a 2 day rental. After adding up mileage and taxes it seems that I was charged for 3 days of rental instead of two. Can you please call me and explain these extra charges. Employees were friendly/helpful, but location was dark (inside), smelled like smoke, and cluttered. Plus, I was immediately charged when picking up my 3rd one-way trailer, when the previous 2 one-way trailers I had rented in the last 2 weeks, I was not charged until I dropped them off. Just had to make sure I was not double charged.

The best thing was the anytime drop off. We rented an auto trailer and we were told to drop it off anytime during the day or night since they had cameras so even if we were done late, we could get it back before being charged extra. Excellent service.

Owner at the building is a very crabby man & his office hours are inconvenient for the average person who is employed full time. The business hours listed on the brochure do not coincide with the actual business hours that he is open. I will never use this location or recommend this location to anyone I come in contact with because of his lack(putting that lightly) of customer service skills.
