The app is horrendous to deal with. It cancelled me out of my return process so I hope it got returned correctly and I do t get any fees because of it.

Would be great if there was a place on the west side of Brooklyn / a little closer to Manhattan.

Didn't include furniture pads either. Worst uhaul experience I've had in 5 years as a customer.
