Store opened late by 1 1/2 Hrs., tank was under half full at pick up time (I didn't glance at the gauge till on rout to destination , every other place the tank is full on pickup. So it caused undue hassles at drop off time) This outlet does not have their stuff together!

Poor Service The representative does not speak english that well and does not know how to properly rent the uhaul We denied insurance and was charged insurance. No papers signed he said all is online. Going to charge for 2 days when we only had less than 24 hours. POOR POOR SERVICE. WILL NEVER RENT THERE AGAIN

Moving is never easy but dealing with this location made it extra frustrating. I called on Wednesday to confirm my booking. He never introduced himself/location, just "hey" when he answered - thought I called the wrong number. I could hardly hear the other person on the phone over the music in the background. He couldn't figure out the system and asked me to call back. I called back later that day. The second call I had to ask him to turn off the music so I could hear him. He put down the phone for 20 minutes to figure out the system. Friday morning I arrived to pick up the truck. Arrived a little after nine. It took 45 minutes for the person working to get me the truck. In fact, someone from U-haul called him to ask if I was going to pick up the truck. I had to explain that I was trying to but no one knew what they were doing. Finally got the truck and it was on empty! I was over 1 hour behind schedule for my move. I have used u-haul in the past and never had a bad experience like this.

It seems as though the man had no idea that I was dropping the vehicle off there. I had to explain that everything was done via the uhaul website online to which he looked confused.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 4pm on August 30. I arrived at the pickup location at 3:55 assuming the truck on the lot was mine only to find out mine had yet to be returned. After much confusion and several calls to UHaul by the store owners and myself the truck that was on the lot when I arrived was rented to me. This process took an hour and 15 minutes so I didn’t arrive at the moving location (a 10 minute drive away) until 5:30 where my movers (paid at $80/hour) and cleaner (paid $40/hour) had been waiting for an hour for me to arrive. So the delay in obtaining my truck cost me $120. Needless to say this was a very stressful process. I was also told at the original booking by phone that the truck would have a full tank of gas and I was to return it with a full tank so was surprised when the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. On one of my customer service complaint calls I was told that if I returned my truck with more gas than when I picked it up I would be reimbursed for the extra gas which I later found out was incorrect.

This location should not be operating. They do not know how to use their check in and out system. They also told us our truck was not available when we arrived with our booking. I was accused of not having a booking yet I provided all relevant information including our confirmation number. Overall, was a terrible experience. We had to contact the regional manager, who was very helpful, in order to finally get the truck.

The location was not well signed, i.e. it was hard to find. The location was difficult to park a truck.

Staff had no idea what they were doing, It took about 40 min for them to figure out how to use the system, then in the parking lot on the hill beside the store one of them pulled the brake release while I was in the drivers seat without giving me any warning. this cause the vehicle to move forward unexpectedly, had I not reacted quickly to put my foot on the break it would have hit the building. I would not use this location again

Again a little store. I did not have my papers about the rental so had to go home to get them. The issue appeared to be that the tank was not full so when he saw that in fact I had almost filled it he told me they came out ahead. I suggested that’s why they did not give it filled in the first place. We had to put gas in, stop and view level. Credit card again to put more gas in. Ended up returning it with more gas than we needed to which kinda hurts.
