my only issue is that I asked on line about getting bungee cords and was told I coudl get them when I picked up the truck. They didn't have any when i got there. luckily it wasn't an issue.

Would prefer to use the U Haul rental location where the customer service is more attentive. In this case the gas station attendant basically said 'the truck is in the back, here are the keys, return int full' as he attended to other customers in the station convenience store. Understandable, but not my preference. Similar situation on return.
Owner was very rude from the beginning. When my mom and uncle went to drop off the rental he was rude again and very argumentative. He even cursed at them and another customer in the store. I definitely will not go back to this location or recommend this location to anyone else.
Pick up process way too long. Uhaul needs to make email communication an option if renter doesn't have a cell phone.
I was charged back fifty dollars for a dirty but the truck was clean. I rent trucks probably twenty times a year and also have a corporate account thru Suddath.
The location was good for where I was moving from however I thought I could drop the truck off closer to where I moved to. I learned after traveling to Chester 55th UHaul that it would be much more. So out of my way I went and spent more on the mileage
Horrible service. Couldn't help me with the app or contract. Created a new contract with all of the wrong information. Got charged extra and didn't explain mileage or contract.

Straps were not included in U Haul. Provider was rude, dismissive with my concerns and didn't cooperate at all. When I expressed my concerns he raised his voice and shouted at me.
Check equipment, my truck had a burned out head light and I was driving one way in the evening post of the time.
Self service can be better I had to many problems my u-haul was ready at 7:30 am but I couldn't take the truck till 9:30 but there was a female from customer service was perfect she helped me out so much did not catch her name but she was great the call was between 8-9:30 for recording purpose thanks
I had no problems everything went smooth and punctual.
Only issue was I paid for a dozen moving pads (which I thought would be in the back of the truck) and did not receive them. The guys apologized and said they missed it on the contract. They gave me a credit for the pads.
Everything was done in a timely fashion. I have no complaints. great job.
When I arrived, the representative, an older man was rude and not willing to help me with my return. My equipment was late, however the same day I was told by phone to return to the original return location, even when late. At the location, the U haul representative informed me that he would not take my equipment because he had no space on the lot and the equipment was not in his system. He was very rude and postured to tell me to get out of here. I told him I will not leave without him taking back the equipment. He insisted, he will not take the and I should go down the road to the main location. I told him I will not go to the next location, I explained again that I am returning to this original location, as per contract. I then ask him to call the main office to get direction on what to do. He said No, I am not going to go and do all that. This conversation, it was more of an argument lasted 10 Minutes until finally he called the main location. Then it took another 5 minutes for the representative to clear the matter and to accept the equipment. I did pay additional $367.20, on top of $2370.36 for the rental. Paying this much money to U haul , to be treated with rudeness and disrespect by your representative puts in question if I should spend this amount of money again with U haul. This is a twice a year trip for the last 10 years, and there are other rental company's to give business to. I am waiting for a manager to contact me to discuss this . Sincerely. George Wacker
Everything was just fine.
Everything was great. I reserved at the last minute over the phone. When I arrived at the location everything went smoothly, I got the truck and was on the road in no time. Thanks for a great experience!
excellent customer service
Worst experience I've EVER had. The representative checking in the truck was extremely belligerent and of no help to me AT ALL. He was rude and disrespectful, refused to accept my rental truck because he said it's not "his job", cursed at me, and made it clear that he will not be helping me complete my transaction. He refused to process my return because I brought the truck back a day early. I had to video the interaction with him so I could possibly get further action on this matter. This representative is no reflection on UHaul as a whole, but someone must be held accountable for his rude and disrepectful behaviors.

This location is in a gas station. The owner was supremely rude! I had movers coming at a certain time so me to have to wait while he continuously waited on his "other" customers was very frustrating. When I asked him I'd he could just finish our business he actually yelled and said those were his "real" customers and if I asked again he wouldn't have a truck available. When making this reservation online and in subsequent follow up e-mails I picked a specific location on the Sunday before my Monday move I was notified in voice mail, late in the day, that the location was changed to this one. The Moving Helpers were awesome and I will using them again but I will rent a truck from another vendor in the future.
Even though I checked in online check in took over 30 minutes - check out was great
