I returned the truck with between 3/8 and 1/2 of a tank of fuel and they charged me for fuel. When I got the truck it had mud all in it and was wet inside. We swept it out but could NOT get all the mud out. The truck has a leak and most of our boxes were soaked when we got to our destination. Crappy way to treat your customers, give them a filthy truck and charge them when not spotless on return. Plus ruining a lot of my personal possessions and stealing from me for fuel when it was returned with more fuel than when I got it. Horrible company. You are thieves!!!

I return the truck after 4 hours of using it and the guy charged me $20 after hours service fee??? For what? He didn't check nothing when I returned no gas like is not his business. Bad bad and over charge you. I rent before in other locations this is a really bad one. Never return there again

I am appalled at all the extra charges that have been added after the fact for my rental of your U-haul truck. We parked the truck early and NOW we are being penalized.  I followed up (BEFORE THE 9AM DEADLINE) to personally drive back and drop the key off and do the remaining required steps for renting this truck per your 24/7 option via phone check-in/out.  Before I could perform these remaining steps (AGAIN, PRIOR TO THE 9am DEADLINE), I was approached by the owner of the drop-off location in a very aggressive way and told to "stay away from the truck" and was yelled at about where we had parked the vehicle.  It was a small parking lot and there was only one spot left for a truck that size to fit.  What were we supposed to do?  Also, we DID try to call the "after hours number" numerous times and never got a response.  Again, what were we supposed to do? I am a very unhappy "1st time" customer of a u-haul rental and I am not sure I am going to be a repeat one at this point. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
