Person assisting me was not as inviting as the one at the pickup location in Yakima, WA. However, I had no issues as the trailer I rented was clean inside. In and out very quickly.

This was well out of our way for a rental. The truck was not clean and the employee was trying very hard to help us but was the only employee working. He was a very nice gentleman. Who was working very hard in a very busy place. This rating should not in any way reflect on him. We just didn't have the time to wait after the long drive with the extra traffic due to accidents to wait for him to be able to clean it up for us. We also had to pay for extra mileage when we returned it due to where we picked it up from.

Only 1 person at this business handles truck rental and he doesn't come in until 9 AM. I needed to return a truck at 8 AM, so dropped it off and left my phone number with the store cashier. The correct person did call me shortly after 9 AM and asked if the over-mileage charge was correct. I said that it was and that I would pay if via my VISA card. This worked about as well as it could but it would be better to have been able to drop off the truck to a knowledgeable person who could handle everything right there and then. Again, this is not a deal breaker but an improvement would be good.

altho this drop off worked out perfectly for me it was a real challenge to get the ok to drop off near my washington location....and calling the 800 # was a waste of time until we finally got a young lady in the Vancouver office who got us set up at the right/best placxe

Definitely a difficult location when coming South on Interstate 5. Circuitous, counter intuitive location. Nice people but I can't speak any Korean and to their credit they can speak a little English. Laborious, tense, difficult.

As soon as I left I notice small rock chip and called to note it. I was worried to be charged for it. The gentleman noted it and no charge. Pretty building.

The owner runs a shade business, first the employee could not park the truck with the trailer, so I did. Second the employee said the truck was dirty there was literally a couple of twigs on the floor of the truck, then he wants me to put the moving blankets in plastic bags, I said no way I did not receive them in plastic bags. The owner says that I have a bad attitude and he would not take truck. I called uhaul they made him take truck. But it does not end there while I'm leaving he says that he is going to say that the truck is scratched and I have witness to all this and pictures showing how clean I returned. While I was there he was telling another customer that her truck was dirty too. Apparently he is scamming people with cleaning fees which I'm sure he keeps. Hopefully Uhal will care about there customers and stop using this facility

I went in on Sunday to make sure they had the truck in stock (they had two), and make sure I could pick it up by 5 PM closing on Monday evening, the night before my reservation on Tuesday (22253816, $802.00 for the truck). The proprietor said that would be fine. However, he could not find or access my reservation on the U-Haul system, he said it would not show up up on his system until the next day, one day before the reservation date. So he entered a new order, then found there were two reservations, and cancelled mine. When I returned on Monday evening to pick up the truck at closing time, the amount of the rental had increased from $802 to $1069. He agreed to get me a refund of $177 to bring the price down to $892. It took a half hour, and four phone calls to his region to get this authorized. However, I am dissatisfied that my original reservation made on Sunday, May 20 had been cancelled, resulting in an additional cost of $90. Either the U-Haul information system was not working properly when I checked in the day before, or the proprietor at Lewisville One Stop needs some training on how it works.

Even though I reserved a truck online providing all of the required information and credit card the transaction to actually rent the truck took much longer than anticipated. In addition I declined the $14 SafeMove insurance when I booked online, however according to the person at the rental counter U-Haul's system would not allow the rental process to complete unless I accepted the insurance I declined. Because I needed the truck I had to accept. In addition the advertised price of $29 for a two hour rental and 10 miles ultimately cost $72, over twice the anticipated cost, not including gasoline. Even though I live in the area I will not rent for this location again and will consider all alternatives instead of U-Haul in the future.

Older 20 foot truck. The AC did not work. Head lights were very dim. Not a smooth ride but it got the job done.

Mr. Kim (owner) charged us for gas, even though the tank had been refilled to above the level of when we picked up the truck (about 1/2 tank). First we responded to an E-Mail address with our concerns-got no reply. When we attempted to discuss it with him in person, he would not address the issue or even look at the paperwork and gas receipt we provided...and literally THREW the paperwork in my husbands face. Unbelievable and unprofessional...we will never do business there again.

My truck broke down 7 miles into a 2500 mile trip. Not the pick up locations fault but their inventory was slim to none. they had 1 other 26 foot truck but apparently the gas had been siphoned from it so it was not available.

Upon equipment check-in was charged for mileage overage and a cleaning fee in addition to being charged for the furniture pads I never received. Once the situation was rectified on my statement I was charged again for the adjusted balance but will have to wait 3-5 days for the refunded amount I was charged for the furniture pads I never received. I don't understand how come a computerized inventory system can't track what is actually delivered to a customer and what was received upon return so that the customer isn't charged for equipment they never received.

I would like Uhaul to provide a larger hole in the rail system to thread rope or provide for a tie down strap. Fortunately, I had some very thin rope that worked alright, barely. I am so thankful the trailer came with an aluminum floor, but would have liked to have had a fold away ramp on your enclosed trailer. The folks at the pickup and drop off site were very helpful and professional! Thank you!
