Make sure internet is working to complete orders in a timely manner. Teach employees to not give out personal information in front of other people. I was APPALLED, that the U-Haul employer recited my birthday, Month, date, and year, outloud to compare my birthday, and astrological sign to his. And thn, commeted that I didn't look my age.

I was very upset this morning when I got a call 10 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the truck that the 26 foot truck never showed up that I reserved at least a month ago if not more! They did drop down the milage for a two $.49 per mile!!!!!!! The whole point of preserving a truck is to make sure you have the truck there when needed we ended up having to do more trips than what we planned with a smaller truck!

I reserved online with no insurance. When I returned the truck they told me I had picked the insurance and there was no way to take it off. The associate must have added it without asking me. I called uhaul customer service and the only thing they could offer was to have the regional manager contact me.

My only complaint is that my billing got completely screwed up. I was told I could get the size bigger then the 16" due to the miscomunication thru the rental site. The man I spoke with said I could get it for the same price. It was never notated in my reservation. I needed the truck so I alowed my card to get approved for the full amount, I also was told that the billing would get fixed once I turned the truck in. However it never got fixed. I turned the truck in Sat. July 29th, my card was fully charged $143.10 on Mon. July 31st. It has been 8days since then and this should of Already been took care of. I have gave you plenty of time to correct my billing. I have also called your costumer service line 2 different times, each time I was on hold for more then 15mins. So not only did you deplete my card and left me Broke, you have also ran out All of my mins keeping me on hold, never once did I speak to a representative. This needs to get straighten out ASAP!! Not only do you owe me $60 for the Over charge but I think it is Rediculous that you think it is OK to charge people $9+ for gas when it's sitting at $2.50 a gallon. I used Less then 1/8 of a tank which is no more then $10. So you charged $143.10 but then sent me a reciept for $87, but the Only charge I have on my statement is the first charge. Like I said this needs to get Fixed. I'm giving you 24 hours to respond and fix this.

The breaks felt spongy and the smooth ride truck was pretty rough.

Sat waiting more than 30 minutes, because they were late opening the store. Upon opening, they offered no explanation or apology. Truck was dirty, with a couple old socks in it, so more than just unswept. Inside store contained a few boxes and mattress bags that looked like they were from 20+ years ago. I've rented from uhaul before and this was by far their poorest representation. Saying that I'm disappointed in this experience would be an understatement.
