Very rude, did not greet me. I was supposed to be credited $50 for the change of location that I was not informed, spoke with a lady on the U-Haul customer service line, get to the drop off location, no one knows what I’m talking about. Everyone that I’ve spoken with were not helpful and unfriendly, talking over me, not giving me a chance to explain this situation, and my problem is still not resolved. Very unorganized company and I would NEVER rent moving equipment here again!

Location appeared to be understaffed and behind on helping customers. Was told where to wait outside for my trailer, but the only guy working outside was clearly not notified by the manager inside. I had to track him down to get connected. The return process was easy, and my overall experience was adequate.

Uhaul needs to get your equipment ready before a time is logged into the system. So you can return the equipment the same time the next day. Uhaul will check you in at 2:00pm on your paper work , but you will not leave for another 25- 45 minutes especially if they are busy are short handed. So when this happens you have losted the time with your equipment that you have paid for. This problem needs to be fixed. Thanks. A loyal customer.

We rented the trailer and my finance got into the vehicle and he ask was everything working with the trailer and the guy said yes when in reality we didn’t have working lights on the trailer which was dangerous because we drove out of town and at night . We were driving down the interstate in Texas when another driver blew and pointed to the trailer and that’s when we pulled over and that’s when the trailer signals were not working and we immediately went to a u haul company there and was told it was never hooked up and the guy at the airline told my finance it was and we all could have been seriously hurt . Or hurt someone else .

The system was down. My rental was suppose to be for 10:30am I didn’t get out of there until 12:42. Which made me late with my moving guys. I had to pay an extra $105 bc of the time. The air didn’t work in the truck. It blew out hot hair. Nobody accommodated me in any way they just thanked me for my patience.

You all need more employees. The wait time is ridiculously to slow. There is to much time spent on one customer. The van I was given still had trash in it. I prefer this location because it's actually owned by uhaul and not some lazy guy at a hardware store. Please revamp this location and cut down the wait time.

Lady inputting my original info got my pickup and destination locations for a one-way move totally backwards. One day before the move, I had to scramble to fix her mistake and get a truck the right size in the right city. Also, I originally reserved a dolly and furniture pads but she left these off the order. When I went to pick up the truck, was told they had no other dolly or pads for rental, so I had to do without and some of my furniture was scratched. Lastly, though the location is open until 7 or 8 and I told this woman I'd be there around 6:30, when I showed up at 5, the rude gentleman behind the counter berated me for being late. "You were told to be here at 4." Ummmm. No. I wasn't ordered to be anywhere because I'm the customer and I made it very clear I'd be there well after dark. I was told 4 was the earliest I could pick it up and I actually got there earlier than I originally planned, but then this man acted like I wasted his time. If you're moving in or around Baton Rouge, use another service or at least another location. This one is HORRIBLE.

The rental place was crowded, but we were handled very quickly and methodically. The vehicle was not left cleaned out, so they took care of it quickly, and left it immaculate.
