I requested furniture pads. “All the pads are wet, it rained and the shed leaked”. The shed is rotten plywood. I requested a dolly. “We do not have a dolly”. Clerk was nice. Just a low end location.

Gas/convenience store. Only one woman working. The trailer was very heavy to lift and put on the hitch. She was as helpful as she could be, but was running a store and was not super strong. Process took too long.

Oh my gosh where do I begin? I got to the location at 2:55 So this place is a gas station, post office, and a uhaul location. It's the smallest place and there was only one person working all three parts. So she would help one person with mail and it took her a long time to work with that customer's difficulties then had help the gas customers while helping other uhaul people. There were two of us returning at the same time. She told me to back the uhaul next to 2 other trucks. But there was no room in the tiny gas station parking lot. She also told us to take the trailer off ourselves and move it somewhere else. At first we couldn't get the trailer off. So she called customer service (which took about 10 minutes for someone on that end to even pick up). They told her to have us go drop the truck off at a different location since she couldn't help. Why are they a certified uhaul place if they cant help? Also why did the other location I picked up my truck at say i could drop off there if i couldn't because of the trailor? After sharing this information with the other person helping me move we decided to try to get it off ourself. (We first tried calling customer service to get help but they didnt answer after 16 minutes so we decided to try ourselves) Amazingly we got it off. No help from the person working. Finally I go back into the gas station to turn everything in. She had to call customer service again because they changed my drop off location to this new store they wanted me to go to. They took forever to answer then they hung up and didnt change my drop off location. She called back and he said he was working on it. 5 minutes later it was finally fixed. I asked her if she did both accounts since the other location screwed up when I was renting and she said yes. I only have one confirmation though so who knows. As if I wasnt there long enough I decided to ask one more question. I asked if there was a discount for turning it in early. My brother did this in the past and he got a decent discount. She decided to call customer service again. After 15 minutes no one answered while she was on hold. So she hung up and tried again. The second time someone answered after about maybe 5 minutes. They kept trying to tell me I was refunded for mytrailer. I told them I was not and this was a mistake from my other location. He swears up and down I will be getting a refund in a couple days even though it was a mistake and was supposedly cleared up at my pickup location. Guess not I told them I didnt want to know about that. I wanted to know if I got a discount for turning it in early. He told.me no and the girl helping me acted like she already knew that and told me i didnt get one either. Why did she call then? Whatever so finally i get ready to leave at 4:15pm. She locked the gas station door to go move the uhaul near the other ones. Other people come up to the door for gas and have to wait because She's the only one working and was moving the

the person there when i picked up the trailer was very helpful and friendly. when dropping off the trailer i felt that the employee was confused by the transaction even asking if i had picked up the trailer there several times. she went to the open office and asked but no one came out to assist. finally checked the computer and found that i had indeed rented the trailer there and checked it back in. the business is hard to get into and out of with a trailer. i was sent to this location after arriving at the location that i reserved the trailer only to find that they did not have the trailer and i had to drive across town to this location. uhaul never notified me that the location had changed. very disappointing.

I got charged for 13 gallons of fuel for total of 4 miles use. I put 2 dollars of fuel before returning. I assumed Saturday's clerk must had misunderstanding. I called back today and whomever working today credit me the 13 gallons of fuel. Thank you.

Employee was confused about process and kept showing how our reservation was messed up on his computer. It took over a half hour just to get the key, and another half hour to turn the truck back in. It was pointless to do it ahead of time online and use the self serve feature on my phone because I ended up having to do it all over again in store.

They did not have the furniture dollies we had reserved and they were very important as we were moving a piano and china cabinet. They should have told us before we got there to pick up the truck. We had people waiting to help us move so we couldn’t run all over town trying to find some. Not good customer service!

Be sure to have equipment (dollies) available when reserved. At least let the customer know that they are not available, and not charge them for their use anyway.

We were trying to get intouch with someone in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and we kept being transferred back and forth from Mississippi to Arkansas. The lady we got the uhaul from was so ghetto and very unprofessional!!!

The mileage was wrong, the contract showed over 100 miles less than the odometer. The gas was wrong and the attendance wouldn't listen to me and I was charged $28 for gas. I have pictures time and date stamped showing the gas was at 1/8 when picked up and returned at 1/8 tank. I reserved a furniture dolly and when I arrived the attendant told me they do not have one. WHAT? I RESERVED ONE THREE DAYS AGO. She called another location and I had to drive the Uhaul 11 miles to go pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable "service".
