We were overcharged mileage and for returning a dirty truck. The truck was clean and in same condition and it was when it was picked up. The lady, who said she was the manager, who we talked to about the charges was uncooperative, sassy,and unhelpful. When we asked her to give us the number to the Uhaul headquarters in AZ, she told us to find it ourselves and hung up on us. Such a BBBBBBB!!!!!

I requested a 10 ft truck but that wasn't available so I agreed to take a 15 ft truck but when I got there to pick it up at the time I requested, it was not there. Instead, I received a 20 ft. truck at the price of 15 ft. It was more space than we needed but worked out fine.

The attendant was casual, flippant and not helpful.When signing the agreement, I asked if the truck had previous damage x-marks on the truck. She said she did not know. I found three. I noted a note on my agreement ( I believe added after I signed) that Waived water damage claims due yo a damage repaired with tape. I paid for 24 blankets. She threw two bundles into the cab that I had to re position before driving the truck. I found later that here were only 14 blankets. Not a customer oriented employee.

This is Jenny Keller and I made this reservation. The driver was my son Reed Harris. I was charged a $50 deposit in addition to the $125.93. I called today to inquire and I was not given any assistance bc it is listed in my sons name. I rented this equipment, my bank account paid for it please have someone from customer service give me a call on Monday so we can clear this matter up. 501-412-6396. Thank you Jenny Keller

The staff is polite, courteous. However, when special appointment is needed there needs to be someone there knowledgeable in hooking up such items. If Customer is responsible for that, they need to know upfront. The safety of the customer should be of highest priority, also ashtrays should be remove from trucks.

U-Haul has failed my family once again. We had to rearrange our whole moving schedule due to U-Haul telling us the day before that they didn’t have our truck and that we would have to drive to another city to get one. We will never use U-Haul again. This was a terrible experience. The rep i spoke to was mean and acting as if there was nothing she could do or wanted to do. It was very disheartening

Problems began with drop off. First, planned location in Melbourne was not where is was stated to be. After several attempts to locate, with help of city residents and local business owners, I gave up and drove to Batesville as an alternative drop off point. I was not charged for any extra miles or not having fuel restored to pick-up level, however, in spite of the fact that the truck was swept and well cleaned before turn-in, I was charged a "cleaning fee". I did everything except run the truck through a car wash before turning it in so I think the was just a "service" fee for processing the turn-in. overall- pick-up location was great, drop-off not so much.

Place looked like it was run down. Lady asked husband to drive truck and car tower around because she was bad at backing tower up. Husband had truck and trailer in parking lot fine...but it got stuck trying to put it where lady asked him to put it. Then she tried to tell us we were two miles over our milage when we had tried to drop it off in Ash flat closer to where we lived we were told they would charge us 720 more dollars...in fort worth we were told it was a 45 dollar difference! The ARKANSAS people need to work on their customer service skills and stop lying and being lazy! NEVER should we be asked to do their job for them!!! (moving their trailers around) And we returned it TWO DAYS EARLY!! LAZY people who don't know how to say thank you!
