Charged $10 for pads and dolly I never asked for and never received. Someone knowingly said these items were returned in good condition and I was charged but I never received them so I couldn’t of returned them.

Field Manager Victor was a great help in my situation. Ray was the gentleman that originally helped me with my rental. He didn’t know how to use the computer in order to release the rental to me so I waited about 20 minutes... which is fine but that should have been my first clue. I had to extend the rental time by a couple more days. After doing some digging on the internet and calling customer service (after being on hold for 20 minutes), I was told that if I kept the vehicle, it would be $40 a day compared to it normally being $20. I went back to the rental place and was going to return the vehicle and try to rent it out again (or go to another location and rent another vehicle so I would have to pay $40 a day). When I got to the location, the lady there said she didn’t know how to use the computer and called Craig. After them talking on the phone for a minute about my situation , she handed the phone to me so I talked to him. I told him about my situation. His exact words were, “I don’t know what the fuck you are talking about. I have never heard of that shit. Call customer service.” I handed the phone back to the lady and I said, “He doesn’t know what he is talking about” and left. I called customer service.... twice. Each time I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Out of this scenario, the first gentleman I talked to charged my card without telling me. I proceeded to get rather angry and asked for a manager. I was placed on hold and was on the phone for almost an hour. Eventually the guy that I talked to came back in the phone, apologized, and explained that all of the managers were on the meeting and that I was going to be getting a call back. I waited 2 - 3 hours that day and never got that call back. I called again and immediately asked for a manager. The manager in duty was a young lady and this is where things turned around as she helped me out with my problem. She explained that the customer rep that I spoke with earlier didn’t make a complaint file and that she was setting it up. Also, She was going to text victor and quickly loop him into the situation. I heard from victor the next day and the rest is history. I will rent from u haul again but I will never go back to that location.

Couldn' t get a straight answer from the person I spoke with in the morning, and didn't seem like he had time to speak with me. When I called back he advised me to call the 800 number for stuff I was over charged for.

Charged for dates the trailer was not used for. Overall, the experience was awful and highly unprofessional. The rental began with having to pickup the trailer 4 hours early since they location did not remain open until the given time; even though I was able to complete the reservation online. If you are in the area of Mt. Orab, I would highly suggest renting from White Oak Station Storage. They were very professional and were extremely easy to work with. They charged me 4 times less then what this location charged for the same trailer and same amount of time it was used for. Bottom line, DO NOT rent from the Craig Lytle Auctioneer LLC location.

The 'uhaul authorized dealer' had no clue they sold uhauls. She was very rude to us and we had to wait almost an hour to checkout because she had no clue how to do it and had to call someone to walk her through the checkout process. No one checked the equipment before we left but thankfully we had no issue (other than the trailer lights not working the first time we hooked it up). There was also no return instructions and we were forced to leave the trailer on the lot to check it in because they were closed and left no instructions.

Was charged extra days that I was told I wouldn’t be charged for and also fuel charges were added as well. Fuel was back where it was stated on the contract. Personal from Uhaul Cincinnati traffic office told me I wouldn't be charged the extra days as they were added to my contract. When First dispatched the drop off location was changed three times before getting it correct. All in all the equipment was in ok condition but the whole experience was subpar.
