Made it so much easier for us to return here. We didn't know Barry's Bay had a Uhaul. An hours drive to Pembroke for retirees trying to set up new home would have made our day so much longer. Thanks to whomever let us know from Uhaul that we could return it to Uhaul Barry's Bay.

Nothing for the next person ,but you should offer 20% off for senior discount .. One thing that i did think of for all your locations on a trailer rental to protect your selves is to add a tag so u could put a combination lock when u first put the trailer on a vehicle the lock goes on . If for any reason the person renting the unit needs to remove it from his vehicle he has to call an 800 number for the combo # .. In this case uhaul will no longer be responsible for damage if the trailer comes off the hitch ...make sure the customer reads this and signs for this .. with the screw down hitch its great but if someone wanted u haul to repair their vehicle all they have to do is loosen the nut and the trailer would come off the ball slamming into their vehicle and others which could cause accident . U hall could be held responsible as he could say the guy at your location hooked it up ! I don't know if this has ever happened but theres a lot of sneaky folks out there ...why take the chance ...regards john ward . For the man at the schell in Barrys bay he does a fantastic job ,works his butt off that whole place is wonderful the rental unit i got was great i have a ram dually and the combination worked great a 6x12 closed in ..I had to drive to Kitchener brought home a log splitter ,it fit right in we tied it down to the hooks never moved the whole way back 465 kilometers round trip ..I was very impressed with the whole deal ..i would rent another if i ever need one again .. The senior discount is for all us old guys who deserve a break on everything we buy or rent join the old age clubs increase your business .. later john

Apart from somehow signing up for services and items I didn t Want somehowon the web page The actual trailer I wanted was great I had problems getting a refund number From your telephone support And still await a package potentially But the service and updated on location were really excellent.
