Poor costumer service. It took more than 48 hours to process the return. The crew should be able to explain the hole procedure to the client instead of wait till the client call them complaining. I would definitely recommend U-haul from another location but this one I will avoid and strongly suggest to anyone to do the same.

Horrible beyond words! I booked online for a Saturday pickup and the place was closed at 11am! So I just hooked up the trailed myself and took it. Can you imagine if I had reserved a truck and needed the keys? Since when is renting a trailer self serve? The only thing that made this ok at all is I called U-Haul to tell them I took the trailer and they were great and very helpful. Returning was easy as well as I could do everything from my phone. But this place is a joke. How can they be closed but yet still take the reservation?
Drop off was great.....there was a drop box. Pick up....whole different story.....no one there, the app was useless to contact customer service since their hours don't begin until 9am. When I contacted the 1-800- line, the rep was awesome and did what she could to help out, but without someone on site, that was limited. Another customer arrived 30 minutes into our dilemma and ended up contacting the site owner. Once we did same, we found out where the keys were on our way within 5 minutes. The 50 minute delay between arrival on site and then were beyond frustrating................
Some furniture blankets were dirty and wet. Otherwise everything went well.
The cab had not been cleaned or sanitized for COVID. At the very least cleaning wipes should have been provided. Additionally my credit card charge does not match my usage.
Un-safe, doesn't care about customers. I called U-Haul Customer Service and was promised a callback from the Area Manager but never got one. Clearly U-Haul does not care any more than this location does. *** I have had over 15 other U-Haul rentals in the past 3 years with only 1 small hick-up and no complaints.
Although I called them and told them when I was returning the truck, which was before noon on a weekday and during normal business hours, the place was locked with no sign on the door saying when they would be back. I waited for 15 min. No one arrived. So I threw the keys in the drop box and left. My concern was no one was there to confirm I returned the truck with the two dozen blankets folded and swept out, and no damage. And I haven't received a final receipt via email.
have agent finish dealing with one customer before moving to the next , agent should not assume customer knows how to hook up trailer etc.
I found the steering a little loose. Some maintenance needed!
Be organized. Greet people at the door. Do not have a be right back sign in ten minutes. And always over promise and under delivery because I was promised a refund and didn't receive it. Your company is the worst in following up with their word

Make sure that when someone books a truck more than a month in advance that the truck is in the area where it was booked. Not send them to a location more than an hour away only to find out that it was at a different location and then try to book it out when the person that reserved the truck was on the way to get it. And calling head office was no help!!! Worst experience renting a truck ever!!!
Poor customer service
When I picked up the truck, it had 41 miles to empty on the gas gauge. I was in a hurry and didn't plan for a stop at a gas station. I also didn't know how much gas I would use, so, since I returned it with well more than when I started, I ended up overpaying for gas.
Quote given online for 9ft cargo van was for $19. After picking up vehicle I checked my email for paperwork and the bill said $89. 6 hours later I dropped the vehicle off and wanted to talk to someone about the price, but the only person there was on the phone and I was in a hurry. I should have waited and talked to him though, because checking my email 2 days later I found 3 different bills, with 3 different amounts(ranging from $119 to $155) all sent my way for the same rental. Clearly their pricing is deceptive, and it seems like they're completely unorganized. I will look to other companies when I need to rent in the future.
Not marked out very well Hard to find No signs by street
We went to this location to pick up our 26ft truck, which we reserved the day before online. Set the booking time for 8am as that was when the business opened. When we got there at 8, there was no one there. The guy finally showed up 15-20 minutes late. Even though he was late, he did not seem to care and slowly proceeded to open the business, and eventually got to us. He did not seem to even be aware that there was a reservation for that morning. He was confusing, hard to understand, not very good with customers, and seemed impaired(and by that I mean hangover/drugs/something). He did not explain how to verify/dispute if the mileage or fuel was not as the contract stated or even tell us what they were. He emailed the rental agreement to me with the info, but I was unable to access from my phone. When I got home, I looked at it and the fuel was 1/8 tank more than what was actually in it. I called to tell him, and he said he would correct it. When I returned the truck, it had not been corrected at all. Good thing I took pictures of the dash when we picked up and again when we dropped off. The place I returned it helped me with the issue and made the correction. I will never, ever go to this location again, nor will I ever refer anyone to it. And being that we require Uhaul trucks and services for business purposes to haul large items that we cannot fit in our own trailers, I would not consider this place ever again to bring my business. this location should be avoided and not represent Uhaul anymore. Give the contract to someone who cares about customers.
Easily will recommend again and again. Whole process was simple, convenient and fast. Staff answered all my questions and helpful. The experience really helped set the tone for the whole move. Thank you for everything. S
I was charged on my credit card for the service and I also paid in store. I've been double charged. Can this be fixed please.

Don't charge for 150kms when I tell you I'm only doing 10kms
Staff (manager?) not wearing a mask (breaking the law) unlike every customer, unfriendly. Trailer tire pressure way off and I assume not even checked.
Upon arrival for our 4 pm pickup at 330 the location was closed. The fellow there informed us that they usually close at 1pm so was almost without a truck on moving day. Thanks u haul
